AICP​
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard. OTA app will work after adding support so have patience !!!!

Thanks for the rom , everything works so far but a lil disappointed other than aicp extras thingy its mostly same as cm12.1 not much difference

Its directly from AICP source ... No features added ... Only AICP extras

Oh god why auto reboot when charging always exist
But it's ok, i think the problem will fix soon, just keep calm ..

My phone rebooted automatically when it's not charging and now it can't boot up. Can anyone comfirm that?
Btw, I installed livelog (by chainfire) before and it only show "W/dex2oat: Compilation of blah blah..."

Why? Will it have any development in the future? I use AICP based on kitkat and unfortunately it has only one build without any fixes.

Hi, there are no diference, the difference is that this cm is sync with last source, my point is bring up daily builds to you guys

Hmm... OTA seems legit. Something lacks in CM world if u mean it's a true OTA not a CM delta which a waste.
We just need a correct download size synchronized with only whatever changes.

Bluetooth works for me. I can call and media streaming with no problem in my car. Only one problem with bluetooth I have that contacts sync does not work over bluetooth.

I don't have that problem, but install opengapps aroma version and use messenger and chrome, I will update

switched back to 7.1.1.0 stable, then reflashed this and everything is fine. guess you wont be able to flash it over newer miui builds

No it won't, flashing a custom rom (as in AOSP or CM i mean) requires an unlocked bootloader.
Btw many thanks BlackJubel, I was eagerly waiting for someone to do this, Slim has been my favorite rom for years !!

Changelog from the first post is not the good one.
It points to SlimLP, which is Android 5.0...
At the moment, Slim6 is pure AOSP, no addition so far, the "team" just got back together and try to get up to date with AOSP before adding options.
To be more clear, except the logo and the Rom, everything is wrong in the OP...
All links point to the old site which is not used anymore, and to the wrong branch on github (LP 5.1 instead of mm 6.0).
Even the Rom description is not accurate since it says slimLP.

Yeah thanks but I meant your local manifest, the one you use to build the rom, which includes refs to kernel and trees, because the one on slim github by itself is not enough to build the rom for LG G4...

Hello, I hope someone can help me with my problem here, I successfuly flashed cm based ROMs and this one too but there seems a big problem because when I try to enable data when it switch to LTE my phone will automatically reboot itself this is happening in all cm based ROMs I pulled a logcat hoping someone can help me out of this mess.

Switching to LTE is fine on mine tho. Tested also with Bliss and Beanstalk. Try to do a clean flash

Someone please kindly check on my logcat my phone is restarting everytime it reach to the point that its connecting to my 4G connection. :crying:

I did try all the roms with clean flash but same ending

The phone itself is one of the best right now, you wont make a mistake
And yes, the rom is stable so far :angel:

Yes ouf course, but as soon as they release a nougat version, i will stop and wait for our device tree to be updated. Then i will start to build the N version :victory:

dt2s in LS is something much easier to achieve usually aicp should have a built-in setting for that if I remember right otherwise via xposed for example

I dont know if there that is possible, but the next version will have swapped buttons
