[Q] Question about kitkat V20B update

Good morning guys! I have one more question! I just update my optimus g from jelly bean to kitkat V20A. My phone was rooted and unlocked so i unistall supersu and update via lg mobile support tool. Then i restore apps data(titanium backup) e.t.c but my files(music,photos) was on onother partition and unaccessible, so i rooted again, installed cwm(via freegee) and move them with root explorer to the new kitkat partition. So i'd like to ask, when kitkat V20B comes out,which solves bugs, i must do all that things again from scratch to install it? because is rooted again....or gonna be some other way?

Downgrade LG G3 D858HK from Marshmallow 6.0 (v30a) to factory default (4.4kitkat)

I upgrade my G3 D858HK Phone from Lollipop 5.0.2 to Marshmallow 6.0 (V30a), now I would to downgrade it factory default (which was 4.4 Kitkat) or Lollipop 5.0.2.
I tried to install (kitkat and Lollipop) it using LG Flash Tool, but it gives me error, saying you already installed the upgraded OS.
My phone is not rooted and also dont have custom recovery, Would it possible to downgrade it?
Please guide me, Thanks

hi.try LG UPTOOL.it is very easy and you will get success.I downgraded my phone in that way.

Is it possible to go back to factory stock ROM?

My LG G4 H818P came with MM 6.0 but I downgraded it to LL 5.0 using LGUP(Also rooted it). I didn't keep any backup of MM but is there any way now?

AT&T GPad F 8.0 (V495) Marshmallow 6 OTA Upgrade Fail

Hi my friends, I am looking for a STOCK RECOVERY for my LG G Pad F 8.0 AT&T (V495). I was trying to do an OTA upgrade to 6 but after the Download and restart the installation is giving me an error because i am ROOTED. I need to flash stock recovery to be able to install new OTA upgrade to Marshmallow 6. Is someone have a 5.0.2 STOCK Recovery or maybe another idea on how can I do and upgrade to Marshmallow 6 I will appreciate any help. Thanks

Is there a KDZ or TOT available for your variant?

I am in the same boat. I can not find the stock rom anywhere. I would like to upgrade to to 6.0. I am rooted with king root. If the stock rom is not found is there a way to unroot and delete all root files so the update does not detect the root so we can update?

In order to take OTAs (starting with Lollipop) you have to never have been rooted (since the most recent time you've flashed a KDZ or TOT).
Unrooting isn't enough.

How to upgrade to MM from LP?

Can anyone help me upgrade to the latest factory firmware (MM) from LP? I origionally downgraded with LGUP and rooted. Then i had a bootloop and was only able to use the LP firmware via LGUP again, and instead of rooting 13b again i would like to go to MM and try the UsU and Magisk method i found...
Can anyone tell me how I can get to MM? or link me to firmware or a TUT? No updates show up as a OTA on the phone...
