Could somebody help me: "How to" easy deodex my rooted .681 ROM?
I'm not expert
I too am waiting impatiently for this
Why wait when you can do it yourself.

Not everyone can. Can you do that? Or write how to do it.
But it is best to have a flashable zip patch.

Download the attached zip, navigate to the system folder so you see the 3 folders I've mentioned, then drag and drop the same 3 folders from the ROM into it (don't change any compression settings) then flash.

Good day,
How did you deodex? Did you let the kitchen do the work for you? Because judging by the file stamps, unless you have a very fast PC (all re-packaged in a minute or two), looks to me like the odex files were just plain deleted, and thus all your .apk's and .jar's are broken.
Also, which Kitchen are you using? I am only aware of two...one works in Windows (via cygwin) but is now obsolete and unmaintained (dsixda), the other is Linux only (Archi).

Would be "found the apk/jar files", but that that would be it.
Looking at the changelog for the current version...
Code:
V5
-->Re-wrote the entire tool from scratch (improved code, more efficient and professional code)
-->Added KitKat support
Nothing is said about Lollipop, except in yesterday's post, same project thread.
So that would be your reason. Lollipop support just isn't there for that program.
Also, just curious ... did you have a successful ROM build previous to attempting deodex with cygwin kitchen?

I am assuming you got the kitchen to work for you before, since you do have a (previous) successful build of Zenitude?

You have to rename all folders "x86" to "arm" (including the x86 folder in system / framework). I worked out great

Hi Mixer´s
I made a Rom myself through the Rom Builder, there you can create an extended power menu with Reboot in Bootloader,Reboot in TWRP or Reboot.
There are two files you have to replace, however, the Phone must be rooted.
Download the zip file from Attachment and unpack it.
Use a Rootexplorer or Es Filemanager.
Go to the Folder:system/framework and Search the services.jar file.Make a Backup on PC,Internal Memory or rename it to services.jar.bak.
Copy the services.jar file from the downloaded extracted zip file in the same Folder and give Permission to rw-r-r-
Go to folder system/media/theme/default and search the file powermenu and Make a Backup or rename it to powermenu.bak.
Copy the powermenu file from the unpacked zip file in this Folder and give Permission to rw-r-r-
Reboot the Phone and you have a Advanced Powermenu to boot direkt in Twrp or in Bootloader
Whether it works with other Rom I do not know.
Make a Nandroid Backup before you make this Mod!!!
Works on xiaomi.eu 7.11.2 Beta and xiaomi.eu 7.11.9 Beta Rom Versions
Add the Original Files from 7.11.2 Beta Rom in Attachment
Hey. This is a good tutorial except for Epic rom users. Thanks for your effort.
I just found it out by accident but it works, I tested it.
Maybe someone can make a Flashable version?
xposed module like http://repo.xposed.info/module/tk.ty3uk.miuiextendedreboot does not work on MIUI 9 ?
