I just buy Sony Z3 Compact & I need to buy a case & screen protector.

actually its not a sacrtchguard it is a scratch resistant shatter proof sheet u should not remove it u can apply over it,it is a part of the glass protection
Hi guys i want to buy above mentioned Xtar ultimate shock absorption screen protector for my Xperia Z1 (also attached below)

No it wont work.
The Z and ZL have the same screen size, but different sized front pieces of glass
All of the Sony Xperia's (except Z2) screen are covered by Sony original screen protector. Sony called this, anti shatter film. Unfortunately, it is real finger print magnet, that's why many users remove it. Is T2 ultra screen covered by this plastic layer?

I picked up a DK36 today at the sony store for $19.99 (after a VIP discount) and it works with the Z3.
It is advertised as a dock for the Z2, and comes with 2 adapters. Switching to the second adapter works with the Z3
Note, I don't use a case on my phone.

It fits in with tempered glass on front at least but not with a thin tpu

Considering i would probably add rear tempered glass on the back, do you think it will be fit in dock?
I can't be positive but I think so. I'll take a closer look when I get home.
