Hi there, got a gear fit as a present but cant seem to connect it using gear fit manager. Tried reinstalling gear fit manager but still no joy. Have android 5.0.1 on my note 4. The passkey gets send to the phone and i accept it but it just doesnt want to go any further and just fails. Please i want to go crazy this side. Any help please!!!
Anyone purchase the new Samsung Gear S2? I just received this smartwatch and am having problems setting it up on my rooted, and Rom'd HTC One M7. Anyone get it working properly? What ROM? Firmware are you on? I can install the Samsung Gear app from the play store. The app sees the watch and starts trying to connect. It then times out and says no Gear device is found.

Maybe the wrong tread but I need help!
I have a HTC 10 (Nougat) with the Gear APP installed and try to connect with my new Gear S3.
But it always fails.
The app will not connect to the watch.
In bluetooth (HTC 10) I can see the watch an it is connected.
I hape that anyone can help me connecting the watch.

This Problem was solved by @J To the 4 n , with a modified Samsung Gear Manager App

I have a Gear S3 an its working with LeeDroiD htc10 ROM, with this Fix.
Do you have the Samsung Accessory Service app installed?
and try to remove the pair in bluetooth devices.
I had this problem with my S2 on stock nougat before with the latest versions of the Samsung apps on Nougat. but this was due to a backup of my HTC 10. a clean installed fixed the issues.
But if you don't wanna do that, check that you have all the apps installed.

Samsung Accessory Serive
(Samsung S Health)
And do a complete unpair of the watch

Hello, i've bought a tab s4 lte, i'd like to use it as a phone connecting a galaxy watch lte (i will buy in the next months), now i have a gear s3 but i don't find the galaxy wearable in the play store, i found the apk and install it; the app start but doesen't connect to my Iconx 2018 or my gear s3.
Is there a way to let the watch works with the tablet? All the compnents are from Samsung, i cannot believe it!!!!

i have the same issue i think there should be a way. Also you do know Gear needs to be rested it’s only 1 profile at a time ? Also make sure you got all these APK'S installed as I’ve mange to connect to my TAB S4 But I’m still having problems it’s not fully connecting, i think i need to update the APK'S
You need 3 apps. Samsung Gear Apk, Gear S Plugin Apk, and Samsung Accessory Service Apk let me know if you have any success..
(Check your phone to complete setup) That’s where I’m stuck!
I've tried installing all the apk but with no results, i've decided to return the product......that's incredible, a samsung watch is not compatible with a smasung tablet!!

Download a build.prop editor app from the Google Play store and install it

I used the Nexus toolkit so this was very easy for me. Then I installed the Gear apps like N1NJATH3ORY said. I used Aptoide to search for Samsung, Galaxy, Gear, etc. and downloaded the plugins and apps. You'll need those.

Just got a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 and it won't pair.. I had to manually download the galaxy wearable app from apk mirror when I went to setup my Samsung Gear Sport but that was the only hurdle. Magisk hide isn't helping, manually updated what I can tell are the plug-ins, removed everything to start fresh and still no luck. I think it sees the unlocked bootloader and that's causing this. I would hate to have to go that route to even use the watch. Any suggestions?
Edit: well crap, now my gear sport won't connect. Only difference between initial setup and now is that I'm on Android 10 and had set the sport up on 9. This sucks.
Edit 2: Got it. Samsung Accessory Service app needed to be installed. 3 apps to get it to register, new watch is working now.
