i have htc wildfire s with firmware 2.26.707.1 and i unlocked it and install recovery but i can,t find the correct arabic rom to flash it
please help me

There is a Rom by umair42 in android rom development section, Rom is supported by arabic.
Flash it and enjoy

you have to flash the recovery again

there is just CM12 ....CM11 i think was deleted from all servers for desire 816 a5ul

I have a build from December I could upload and link. If you want a near cyanogen 4.4 experience, look up mokee ROM for our device. Its based of cyanogen mod with very few tweaks, and the 4.4 version is still on their servers.
