I just flashed my first custom rom on my s6 edge on T-mobile. I forgot to make a nandroid back up(first mistake). Well I dont like the Rom I have installed, is there a way I can install a Rom ontop of this Custom rom? It changed my phone model from G925T To G925F. Would that be an issue if I were to flash back to Stock or to flash to another Rom? Ive never actually flashed a ROM before. So im new to this haha. Any help would be appreciated

I'm still new to the Note 3 so forgive me if this is common knowledge.
Is it possible to flash AT&T N3 ROM's onto this TMO phone?
My TMO phone is being used on my AT&T plan. So I figured I'd give an AT&T TW ROM a try. But the phone won't boot up on either of the two 4.4.2 ROM's I've tried. Like this one:

I had 4.4.2 AOSP ROM on before this.
Ohhhhh, you know what, I bet it's that stupid safelock recovery thing they use.
Since we have a *real* recovery, maybe the ROM isn't compatible with our recovery?
Can anyone recommend a strong TouchWiz ROM that would have all the AT&T phone stuffs in it?
Doesn't need to be themed. Just looking for a ROM that has been updated quite a bit and had lots of kinks knocked out already.
You can flash any AT&T ROM with this phone with TWRP. Kernel is the reason it doesn't boot up. Flash Madmack's kernel after flashing an AT&T ROM and it'll boot. Kernel here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50156813&postcount=923

What ROM is currently on your phone?
Once carrier/sim unlocked, the phone will remain unlocked even after flashing ROMs.
Hey!
I just rooted my phone and installed S6 lollipop ported rom on it, but now I want to install S5 port. It says first I have to install stock rom. How do I do that? I read about downloading rom from samsung-updates, but I don't know which one is mine
Please help!
Hi,
Go to Settings - About Phone and see your baseband.
Good luck
Thanks!
Hi all,
I got a note3 (t-mobile usa) and its running 5.1.1 N5 Port Phronesis Rom.
I am rusty on flashing and which order to go so I thought I ask before I mess up.
I downloaded "N900TUVUFOB6_N900TTMBFOB6_TMB" and I want to install it, but wanted to know shall I go via odin or twrp?
Thanks in advance.

I've been using my tmobile sim in my tmobile note 3 for some time now.. it's rooted and has 6.0.1 rooted rom on it.. i gave the phone to my dad who has verizon.. I called Tmobile and they gladly sent me the unlock code but it's not working. Will it only work on a stock rom? Does it need to be a specific one? I'm prefer to leave Marshmallow .. I don't have a problem going back to stock but don't want to do it if it's not necessary. Any help here would be great before I wipe .. thanks!
Unlock codes must be entered using a stock Samsung dialler which means the phone needs to be flash with a stock ROM or a custom ROM based off a stock TW ROM.
You could create a nandroid backup of the existing ROM, flash stock ROM, enter unlock code, flash TWRP, and restore nandroid.
