[Q] Fastboot mode not working/Unable to unloack bootloader. - Desire 816 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Plz help me out guyz.
I have HTC Desire 816G dual sim with MTK6582 chipset. The problem I'm facing is that when I connect my phone in ON state to my PC and run the command "adb devices" it shows my device, but when I get into fastboot mode and connect my phone to pc and run the same command my device is not shown, and also when I enter the command "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" (as I am trying to unlock my bootloader) it says

Finisher. time taken 0.005s
Don't know what's the problem.
Someone please help me .

He isn't asking if the phone is working properly. And what he asked, you did not properly answer (making it impossible for us to help more, until you do so).
He is asking if the phone is in bootloader-fastboot mode when you issue the bootloader unlock command. It is required for the phone to be in this mode for fastboot commands.
Also, he asked if the following fastboot command returned your phone's ID (serial number), which would indicate proper fastboot connectivity. If the command just hangs, and doesn't return your phone's ID, you have a fastboot/USB connectivity issue (drivers, Windows version, USB 3.0, etc.).
fastboot devices

HTC desire 816 get_identifier_token error

I just wanted to flash my htc desire 816 with the custom recovery twrp.to do that I tried to unlock the bootloader.i just enterd the fastboot mode and gave the command in cmd "fastboot oem get_identifier_token".But it keeps showing "error remote unknown command".The only things fastboot is responding when using the command "fastboot devices".For every other commands it's showing the above mentioned error.pls help me to resolve this.

Failing install twrp in fastboot mode

I recently purchased redmi note 5 pro.
I'm using miui 10 Oero version, but I want to install recovery such as twrp for installing custom ROMs.
So, I searched for the process on the Internet.
I think that adb driver and fastboot driver are installed well in my PC (Window 10) .
That's because I can control my phone in adb mode.
I can find my phone in "adb devices" command and reboot it in "adb reboot bootloader" command
Also, I can find my phone by entering "fastboot devices" in fast mode, which shows the same serial number as that in adb mode.
However, I cannot flash or boot using downloaded twrp.img in fastboot mode, showing as follows.
=======================================
>fastboot boot twrp.img
downloading 'boot.img'
FAILED (command write failed (Invalid argument))
finished. total time: 0.016s
=======================================
I also used "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" the command, but there is no response.
Could anyone tell me the solution for this problem? :crying:
You have to unlock bootloader as well

[Q] Vivo Y53 Bootloader Unlock | Fastboot Only | EDL not WORKING

Hello all,
A blessed day to all and many thanks to those who will answer.
The phone is on a bootloop and I can enter bootloader mode via Volume Down+Power. Tapping recovery doesnt work.
fastboot devices is OK. It shows the device.
EDL method doesnt work. The COM PORT wont show up.
fastboot bbk unlock_vivo doesnt work FAILED: (remote: unclock fail.)
fastboot vivo_bsp unlock_vivo. Nothing happens except shows the help text.
fastboot oem unlock doesnt work FAILED: (remote: unknown command or device is locked)
Is there anyway to flash a binary file just like in ASUS phones?
How can I unlock my bootloader?
Thanks in advance.
