what shall i do ?
i download (H815T10C_00.kdz) what shall i do ? i hear that many people had soft or hard break when they come back to stock !!
please i want to know what can i do with correct steps ...

Uhm, Hi. Is your phone modified at all? If not:
download the correct file 1.4 GB : google " htc ruu" click the first link, find your phone model, download
put your phone into bootloader->fastboot->connected to pc
open the file on your desktop and run it

So make sure all your files are backed up. I've tried a lot of
Different ways to update my phone to the lollipop and only one way worked. Basically you have to unroot Your phone and then you can update it.
