If it's a dead pixel, no. If it's a stuck pixel...maybe. The difference is a dead pixel will show up as a black dot. No color/light is displayed. A stuck pixel will always be displayed as either a red/blue/green dot. It's stuck in a certain state.
A dead pixel is not fixable...you need to RMA the device to get the screen replaced.
For a stuck pixel, you can try to find an app or video that will flash solid colors 1 at a time, over the entire screen in rapid/varied succession. This is not guaranteed to work, but sometimes the rapid color changing can get the pixel out of it's stuck state.

I've just received my phone today and the same problem occurs here.
Dunno if there's a way to revive it.
Finally i succeeded in reviving my green pixel with Dead pixel detect and fix on playstore.

how did you do it?
I just used the color menu to show the primary colors where the flaw pixel was.
Then, i tapped the fix it button. It cycled quickly the primary colors for 30 minutes and that was enough to revive my stuck pixel.
It's said that such a stuck pixel may come back after a while. I will see if my fix last. If not, i will redo the operation again.

Dead pixel-free except a bit light leakage at top.
