This looks to be a very interesting project, and I'll be giving it a go this evening after the build has been uploaded. Have you found that app compatibility is generally good? ie - are alternate keyboards and launchers functional?

yes, if you find a dev that teams up with me. i know xylograph has already unlocked it for your device but 128 is almost unusable. we could lower the threshold now and make it really into something awesome for all devices out there. but for that to happen i need help. its a wonder i could compile that thing, i have no linux skills at all and github is a mystery to me.

keyboard is better than v0.0, recents window is close to stock but way to laggy, navbar clock is too small. i think i know whats the problem, see you tomorrow.

I've been playing with it a bit... the only problem I can see is the camera doesn't work for me... im usimg morphics kernel... anyone with lean kernel does the camera work?

• Make backup of your current rom. This is very important point
• Must have Custom recovery installed! I suggest TWRP.
• Copy ROM to storage
• Reboot to Recovery
• Wipe Data/factory Reset
• Clean to install a New Rom
• Flash ROM
• Reboot to System
• Set your correct APN
• Enjoy!

• AEONFLEX Wallpapers folder will not delete from /sdcard. Not with any file manager I've used. I did get it to delete via TWRP.
• LG Home cannot access the "baked system settings" in AEONFlex. I've used Kcin Launcher. It works.
• I do not propose you fiddle too much with MyHub. I shouldn't have to say this but I'm certain someone will think "How come?".

I got a weird boot error after trying to install this. I tried twice but it gave me the error both times. Went back to Rayglobe flex

What error did you receive?
And can anyone else confirm this for me please. I'd like to know so I can shut it down if need be. It has flashed fine for the people I've had test.

I don't remember. I'm going back to stock, then trying to install it.
Edit: Did it again, secure booting error: cause boot certification verify

I've shut it down til I fix it. Sorry guys. Give me a few days.

Well, I just wanted to say that I'm impressed. As a said, I just got Manta on 23rd. I rooted & flashed a 4.4.4 rom, all was well. Then I flashed an old 4.2.2 rom & all was well with that. Then I flashed back to 4.4.4, a couple different roms, I won't use names, but for some reason I couldn't restore apps with titanium backup, kept giving me a message about not having enough space. Even though I had 21 GB available. I assumed by going back to 4.2.2 must have changed or done something to my file configuration, & I'd search & find an easy fix. Then I saw your rom & decided to flash. Flashed fine, in the process of setting it up & yay, TB is restoring apps just fine. So again, a big thanks to you sir. I don't know what changed but I'll take it lol. I'll report more as I finish setting up & playing around.

Flashed and booted just fine. Only glaring issue is the spirit controls. Once you access one menu the others are either empty or showing the options from the first accessed menu. For example if i go into animation and then general i will still see the animation options or it will be empty. To rectify i have to back out of system setting altogether and then access the options i want. Rinse and repeat ad nauseum. It was quite an undertaking to get everything set up. Had the issue on Carbon roms as well.
Can someone tell me where i can disable the battery led? That will be annoying using it in bed at night.
For a v1.0 this is quite polished! Good job!

Flashed the rom and i am loving it. First rom on my nexus as well.
I am having the same behaviour with the spirit controls.
Also settings crashes when clicking on dark spirit.
One question, how can i get rid of the google search bar on the desktop.
Some say you need to go settings / home / settings but i do not see any settings for trebuchet.
Other than that this is a fantastic rom for the nexus. Thank you!

This rom is mix of many MT6795 AOSP rom created to provide fast and fluid experience of using it. With few changes of UI now it look like AOSP from google compiled from source
Features:
- Pure AOSP, no advanced power menu no battery percent and other things.
- Finally changed that ugly wifi usage icons now I think it looks much better( If someone know how to change dimension of this icon to make smaller gap please PM me )
- No bloatware, live wallpapers etc.

Theoretically it's possible but without source code (we use prebuilt kernel and drivers) it's very hard thing to do.

It would be mich more better if you will build an 5.1.1 AOSP Rom in Cause of many better Features and Bugfixes!
But of course this Here is a very nice Rom!
Can you Change the Navigation Buttons to: recent, Home and Back. Its very Bad to Hold Long Home, so would be cool if you would get this!

Dude, i asked it allready and he told me if you Look at the 2 Post above, he want to let as much AOSP Standard as possible! But i think, it would be better if the menu were the recents! Hoping, just hoping

There is a 5.1 AOSP rom compiled from source but the camera is not working.

What about battery life on this ROM?

I think it's pretty good at the evening i will make a screenshot of battery usage

It isnt built from source so answer is no.

You can use MT6797 source code to build Android 6.0 (MRA58K).

Face unlocking is amazing and fast. I do not know if it's too early to ask, but is there any way to add other camera modes? Including antineal mode as there are in other roms of yours? Initially it seems to be great rom. Congratulations for the good work!
