I have bought htc desire 816 virgin unlocked.
Earlier everything was working reliance cdma with data + voice
But after updating to lollipop voice is working perfeclty but m not able to use reliance cdma internet .it always show dissconnected in mobile data
My mobile not rooted n bootloader is locked
Aonyone pls help to sort it out as i have brought this mobile only for internet purpose
Hi only rg sim of reliance cdma is working with data but it us very hard to get it
Is there any fix for this so that other sim can be used with data
Is your issue resolved? If yes, could you please share how it was done? Replaced your ruim with rg series or some other? Or did you find other solution?
Just wanted to share a solution that fixed this problem without getting a new rge series ruim. Used apnbackuprestore app to add Reliance apn on cm12 rom. The phone started making data connection perfectly.
That xml file for Reliance apn can be found on rimweb.

if you want Loipo. than install custom rom

I just buy the international version of ion lte/4g but forger to check is that compatible to Virgin mobile( Australia ) is there any solution for me to run the Virgin sim on the device??? By the way there is a update version 6.0.F.0.111(19.4mb) what is the different if I update it? can it be soft brick as the forum used to be

111 fw is ginger bread, you're more than safe to update. After you do update you'll likely get another update for 29 (ICS).

I know here in the states Virgin runs on Sprints CDMA towers so it would not work here. Did not know they had a sim card in Ausi land. Virgin is not one to let you bring a device to their service as they want you to buy one of the ones they offer.

Ago some days I got my HTC One M8 and its O2 Germany branded.
After going through all the procedure of unbranding(unlocking bootloader,s-off,changing CID,international european Stock Rom) I found myself in a situation with a not working LTE connection on my phone. I've tried fixing it with one app called "LTE OnOff" to force using LTE only but it didn't work.
The international european Stock rom for my phone just gave me HSDPA or EDGE/GPRS connection but not LTE.
After trying some Rom's in the hope of fixing that problem I reverted back to my branded O2 Germany Backup.
Only that gave me again a LTE connection.
Does anybody know how I can fix that problem and have LTE on other roms too ? Or is that not possible ?

Copy your apn from stock Rom. Grab your stock radio. Flash Rom. Flash radio and enter apn. I'm not 100% but I would think this would work for you.

After all auto system update will be Off but automatically system getting update came every time and system will not updated.

i purchased a htc 10 ( Dubai purchased one). Im using Jio sim and volte wasnt working on stock rom. Since i saw Venom Roms have mentioned VOLTE, i installed it and still i need to have the 3rd party app to call someone using Jio.
So my question is, any developers/custom Rom figured out how to get Volte on m10 in India or it still a No Go for Indian users?
