Answer is obvious. All you need to do is read on this forum. Seriously, these questions are coming up weekly because people don't read.
Plus, if it was, don't you think it would've been done??

hey there, clever idea trying to use legit roms from tmobile to get around the bootloader that's set only to take official roms! however the bootloader was locked by att and is using their own signature (security key), so unfortunately t-mobile roms won't work. neither will official Samsung roms, only roms by att themselves will work. the most you can wiggle here is to flash the att official rom with another tool using your computer, but it's the same att rom with nothing changed in it.
as for unlocking the bootloader, sadly that hasn't happened either. there IS a semi root available on 4.4.4 of this phone if you're willing go to back a few versions. the reason I say "semi" is because once you turn your phone off and on again it will go away. so you'll have to re-root it after each reboot.
hope this helps, I know the information overload on here can be overwhelming to sort through, especially if you don't live on the forums *cough ^^^ *
You can't downgrade if you are on firmware OC4 or above. *cough*

First t-mobile roms aren't compatible, secondly they wouldn't flash because of the locked bootloader and 3rd t-mobile bootloader isn't compatible with at&t note 4.

There is no Asian firmware for American models. The only ones are for the international version which are incompatible with our phone.

Is it possible if I flash CM10?
I am afraid that after I flash CM10, my phone will have no SIM service or brick.
CM10 will change your phone to an aosp style rom. I'm not sure of Asian support. Your phone will still be an i-747 and since it's an American phone you will have a hard time finding Asian support for it. And for a brick you just have to know what your doing.

CM10 won't give you an Asian firmware(not totally sure what you mean), if you want another language just change it in settings no flash required. Flashing cm10 might give more regional support then say the AT&T stock rom though. CM10 will not break your sim unlock, your thinking iphone. Android phone roms aren't tied to the baseband so you wont have any issues.
As long as your phone is unlocked, you'll be fine with flashing roms. I used aokp rom on my i747 in korea and it worked fine.
It seems like your apn isn't set yet. Google for the appropriate apn settings for that carrier.

Thank you for your idea. rightnow, my phone is rooted and already installed CWM.
and now, I dont know where should I start. should I flash CM10 first or modem first (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831898)?
CM10 is little rough around the edges. Try CM9 - it is good and very stable. Or try my ROM - it's enriched CM9.
I'd first unlock the phone - get in touch with AT&T to help you with that, it will be free since you are in another country.

This can happen if you have an SD card that has rooting tools from an older device in it. Try taking your card out, or wiping it.

Install an app from that requires root, if the app requests root and you press allow and the app works you`re rooted. What recovery do you have, samsung or CWM?
Phones don`t modify themselves, people modify phones
@jalu147 Samsung bootloaders are always unlocked, unlike HTC.

Reset the binary flash counter with Triangle Away and flash the stock rom rom with Odin, after that do a data/factory reset and after the reboot your status should say Normal again.

Try taking you sd card out. I had one that did that to me. Dont understand why but it did.
This is the complete original AT&T ROM running perfectly and beautifully on the T-Mobile T889...
-> Working Perfectly, with HSPA+ on AT&T Sim Card... (you need to have your T-Mo T889 Sim Unlocked...)
-> If you are coming from stock T889 or N7105 ROM, you don't even need to format/wipe data... just flash and all your data and apps will be there when it boots! but with AT&T ROM! (Some cases may require Full Wipe)
FLASHING THE AT&T ROM:
You can use CWM Recovery or a more robust Recovery like TWRP in order to flash the AT&T ROM. Basically just copy the downloaded ROM into your phone and Flash It. You might not even need to wipe data or anything, just flash the rom and see how it goes... If for some reason your phone did not like the transition from one ROM to another without wiping data, then wipe data / cache and perform a clean install.
AT&T - T-Mobile APN's

Will not give you LTE... But there is no such thing as a useless ROM specially if it is a ROM from another carrier and is working on your carrier... Some people might find it useful, for various reasons. I also have the T-Mobile ROM on AT&T dev section and might also be useful for someone... In the other hand I really do think that your comment was useless... Why don't you make yourself a useful ROM then...

More than likely because of this http://www.computerworld.com/s/arti...s_to_some_Samsung_Galaxy_devices?pageNumber=1
This indeed is the most recent update Rolled out by Samsung. It very well could be related to the flaw discovered. It is also likely meant to answer the signal issues some users have experienced with the last update. I have posted a little guide to Root this version.

Has anyone been successful in flashing the "Star Kissed" Kernel with Heimdall? I have not seen anyone from the AT&T side comment on this Kernels performance so I am guessing no one has. My thoughts were if this Kernel was flashed successfully then Kingroot was applied would we still get the "Kernel is not seandroid" error?
I am just a guy who likes reading and clicking. I do not know enough about this stuff to fully understand why this would not be a viable solution. Can anyone with some developing experience explain if this is possible or not?

From what I see on post #5 he wasn't talking about think to do with "inject" the kernel on a locked bootloader.
Also the OP was using a N910T model, which is the T-Mobile model of the Note 4 and has an unlocked bootloader.
Anyone with N910A is locked and can not flash any kernel! even if we ever got just "root" we still wouldn't be able to flash a custom kernel. Look at the N900A (also known as AT&T Note 3) they have root. But they still have a locked bootloader... Verizon model was locked and they got lucky with a bootloader unlock... N910V model.

Only way I could see this being used is if we had full root an than we could use flashfire and run a fully rooted rom with his kernel.
