I already fixed almost every bug there is in this rom, thanks to everyone who shared their patches. But there's this one error that i constantly get almost everytime i flash this rom.. it says "Unfortunately, com.android.systemui has stopped" ... how do i fix it? Thanks in advance!

That is bug, you must install "update_1_8_27.zip" and you can download it from here
After upgrade to CM 11, 07/12 I got this error.
Normally I send a message to my ISP number (107) to register 3G service.
But now I can't and it shows error message every times: unfortunately, android.phone stops working.
I still can send text message to my contacts.
So I think I only got this problem with special numbers.
Any guys can help to resolve it?
Yes there is a problem on service numbers. i tried all cm11 based roms and they all have problem on that. slimkat works as it supposed to. but other than that i dont know how to solve that, i also mentioned it on a few threads but nothing came up.
I tried CM 11 version 20131130 unofficial, it's OK. Only later versions have this issues.

Since the nightly build 20131210, the problem was solved.

I've been suffering from random FC in Google Play Services for the last couple of weeks in any CM based ROM, but ok in Stock based ones... any one having the same issue?
It's getting really annoying and some of my apps aren't responding at all

I had that problem to...
found some link on the internet with the solution.
1 - Remove googleplay services (I removed it with link2sd)
2 - search for a googleplay services apk and install it via file manager. used one from www_androidpolice_com/2014/01/09/google-play-services- 4-1-begins-rollout-with-turn-based-multiplayer-new-google-drive-api-preview-and-more
3 - reboot
for me it worked.
Alright, I try to be as concise as possible, my device a Redmi 1s running cm11 (11-20140930-UNOFFICIAL-armani) with a kernel version: 3.4.0-g6e12f86-00309-g46cb3b3 ; is crashing at occasional intervals while displaying: "Unfortunately com.android.phone process has stopped" and thereafter rebooting. I should mention that I have also freezed and crystallised the Google Services Framework, using 3C Toolbox Pro, but I do not think this is behind the given problem. Any suggestions and remedies ?
<P.S. : Tried restoring nandroid backup , did not help>

I have rr 5.7.3 hydrogen working fine my problem is flashing xposed I have tried v79, 80,81,83,85,86.sdk23 arm 64, it boots but with an error can anyone help reverted back to miui I can't remember the error message qualcomm

Thanks I ll give it a go again but I am pretty sure I tried I will flash supersu before flashing the arm as someone suggested on the miui forum, don't know why but it seems like it worked for him
i may have a similar issue.
No problem flashing the RR rom and GAPPs... but after flashing and activating Xposed, there is non stop pop up msg 'unfortunately, com.qualcomm.qti.tetherservice has stopped'.

Flash my 10-31 build. There was a bug in the qtitetherservice apk in the previous build.
There was no pop up qti error after removal of lucky patcher from the xposed framework.
