Wifi Calling above 4.1.2? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989

Its been a while since I have been in this forum and things are always changing.
Has anyone found a way to have the TMO wifi calling work on any of the custom roms above the last factory update of 4.1.2? Last I heard it had to be a TW based rom but I thought in one of the other forums (GS4 maybe?) someone had managed to get it working elsewere, but I could be mistaken.

[Q]WiFi calling app on Juggernaut v3.7?

I am using Juggernaut v3.7 ROM. Is there anyway I can have tmobile wifi calling app? Where I should get the app, and will it compatible with Juggernaut v3.7 ROM?
Thanks
A couple of things:
First off, WiFi Calling is no longer an APK. It is hardwired into the OS. Because of that it was necessary for T-Mobile to release an OTA OS update to Android 2.3.6. That update came with the built in wifi calling.
As for using it with Juggernaught, that is NOT possible yet. They need to completely rebuild the ROM based on 2.3.6 before we will be able to use it. If you MUST have juggs then you will need to continue using the rom with no wifi calling. However, if (like me) you need wifi calling yesterday, then you will need to do one of two things. Either go back to stock and Odin the official OTA update from TMO or flash using CWM one of the stock roms that are built on 2.3.6 OTA update.
Hope that clears it up for you.
P.S. In the future you should really search the forums as WhitehawkX answered this question already in his Juggs thread in the Dev section. And all instructions for getting WIFI calling are ALSO located in the Dev and General sections.
Besides we don't have many developers unfortunately, so we're on our own.

[Q] Howto enable bluetooth tether, moving to AT&T

I'm looking for help enabling bluetooth tether on my stock, unrooted t999 running JB. Is this the only way? If so, does anyone mind walking me through it? I was quite an expert on Windows Mobile, but now I'm still learning the under hood side of Android.
I have also unlocked and moved to AT&T. Obviously I've lost wifi calling. Is there anything else I should know or do with the t999?
Dove in and installed a rom with bluetooth tether server built in. Now I've discovered that my Nexus 7 2013 doesn't have the client side. I think reverting it to JB may solve that.
Just make sure you read the sticky threads, and any relevant q&a threads as well. One thing to be careful of is if updated to 4.3 firmware you cannot downgrade or you'll brick. You can flash older roms and kernels, but not the full firmware.

[Q] i747 Tmobile Sim, 4.3 Wifi calling possible?

I currently have a 4.1.2 tmo stock rom installed so I can utilize wifi calling. I was wondering if there was a 4.3 rom where I could do the same. So far I have not found a way to do this. Anyone know of any way to do so? wifi

Moving to another ROM (JEDI specifically): THings to be Aware of?

Hey guys, I have been having more than normal dropped calls and poor signals so I have decided to move to an actual TMobile ROM.
I am coming from an AT&T based SKy Note Air G2 ROM with the MK7 modem and PSN_AGNi_pureSTOCK-v3.9.5_N7105_4.3_AROMA-signed Kernel, I also had to do a WIFI patch because I upgraded from the 4.1.2 BL to avoid Knox issues. I have TWRP back from March this year. I was wondering if I need to do anything special before installing the JEDI ROM.
Any helpful guides to install this ROM? I have checked the ROM page but couldn't get the info I want.
Can changing back to a ROM native to your carrier help with service signal?

[Q] I9505 Lollipop on SGH-M919 or impossible

With Lollipop 5.0 available for international variants such as the I9505, is it possible to simply flash that official rom, along with a U.S. modem to the SGH-m919?
I have read threads where CUSTOM ROMS are compatible with both the I9505 and M919, but not the stock I9505 rom already available.
Am I missing something obvious with this question because I know I am not the first to think of it. After comparing hardware specs of the two models, only the CPU looked different.
Has anyone successfully done this or has anyone done this and then needed a dozen workarounds only to get below par functionality? One of the reasons that I have not flashed to all of the current custom roms, is that each has "no Bluetooth support yet" or "Wifi calling not working." I truly respect the work of the modding community, as I can not do what it does, but I just do not want any more never ending workarounds simply to makes calls and texts. Flashing a rom? Yes. I run both T-Mobile and Metro versions of the latest M919 firmware/software.
Thanks much.
Bluetooth worked for me. WiFi calling will not work either way, no matter how official. Needs to be T-Mobile firmware. I think there is a guide to flash it in general thread if you're interested. I wouldn't do it

Thank you very much. I have spotty coverage where I live. I go from 4G LTE to no signal 20 feet from my house. I wanted to try Lollipop without using a custom, buggy rom. Many of the custom roms look fantastic and feel snappy but the list of "not working" and bugs to be fixed in next build is simply not worth it to me.
