You will need to contact your service provider (network) for their APN information.
There is a possibility that the sprint version may not support all the bands required for your network as well, for instance if the phone only supports bands 1,3,6,9, and your provider only broadcasts on 1,2,5,8 your phone will only be able to pick up service from band 1.
What network provider are you running?
I know about the apn information but the problem is the phone doesnt show any apn settings in it where i can create a new apn of my network. It's Telenor.
Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
You should have the ability to add new APN's through this menu
Looks like you didnt see the picture in my first post. The ACCESS POINT NAMES option is unavailable.
Picture isn't showing for me, only a broken link icon.
Is the phone running a stock, unrooted rom?
edit: From LG G3 Sprint forums (http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3) ; here and here
Perhaps you're better off posting the question there, seems as if others are having the same issue.
Best of luck!

If you don't already know, the unlocked Bell HD7's 3G bands are the needed bands required for AT&T (850,1900). I received my unlocked Bell HD7 from Negri Electronics today and I was super excited to get it going on AT&T here in The States but ran into a very weird problem...
Basically, I can't connect to 3G/HSDPA/EDGE internet. Now, the weird thing is that it SHOWS I'm using AT&T and that indeed I am on HSDPA (see pics below). Calling and messaging work fine BTW. If I want to do anything requiring data, the 3G/HSDPA/EDGE connection won't work and I'm forced to use wifi.
I'm tired of hard-reseting and flipping switches on and off... I just hard-reset the bastard one last time and now I wait for your advise. What do I do? Thanks in advance

first, very jealous of you my friend. my guess is you would have to set up at&t apn. i don't know at&t apn setting so you would have to google that. hope you got it to work.
Sweet! I found the APN settings as you said and now I'm fully connected . Thank you very much!
I am having issues setting up my APN for mms.
After checking with another Desire (running stock sense ROM) that does not have any issues with mms, the only difference in the settings I can see is that I am missing the option of setting the MMS Protocol to WAP 2.0.
After checking a number of sites, it seems this option is missing from all AOSP ROMs in Gingerbread.
Is this true? Is there a workaround I can use?
Its not required.
Dont know if this helps...
I have 2 APN's on O2 UK.
I have one for net access only, which has a type of "default, supl" then I have the 2 screen shots below, which show my MMS specific one.

Hope these work, I put them here using a system where images are blocked.
Thank you for the help.
Unfortunately this doesn't solve my problem... this setting is literally the only difference in apn settings between the working desire and mine...
Then the issue must lie somewhere else on the phone. The two phones share the same carrier. Could it be that this issue has to do with the fact that I am running a non-stock rom? Or is there another area in the system settings that affects the mms apn?

I recently bought 2 unlocked Z1 Compacts and no matter what APN settings I try I just can't get them to connect to T-mobile's LTE network. I am in NYC so the network is there and the phones can find and identify the network, they just can't connect. When I manually select T-mobile LTE it gives me a "Could not select network. Make Sure the SIM card is inserted or the selected network is available." I even tried out new SIM cards to see if my old SIMs were the problem. Anyone have an ideas or suggestions? Could this be something on T-mobiles end? Thanks for any help.

Is it possible that having wi-fi on while trying to connect to lte is causing the problems?
Doubt this will help but...
With WIFI off, and your correctly-entered APN activated, go to Settings, More, Mobile Networks, and see if the Network Mode is set to LTE preferred.
Or.. Dial *#*#4636#*#* , then go to Phone Info, then scroll downward to the drop-down. Try LTE/GSM auto (PRL)? That's the one I have it on (although it was automatically set)
I double checked and all of those settings seem properly set. I have been playing around with the LTE Discovery program to see if my phone could even find the LTE signal and it doesn't seem to even seen to pick up any signal even when T-mobile LTE is listed amongst the service providers. in the settings.
Nexus 5X, Android 7.0, Rooted, Verizon
This seems a very new issue for me. When I am home within range of WiFi I am not able to send or receive MMS message (using stock messenger app). I do receive the text portion of the message, just not the MMS "attachment".
If I turn off WiFi, or drive away out of range, the messages will send/arrive.
I dinked with APN settings, but get a message to the effect, "These settings not available to this user."
Any suggestions to correct this issues?
its not an issue, normally for MMS your have to use a cellular to send it.

Wat? Did you even test your silly theory before stating it? Because you are so wrong.
This function depends on your mobile carrier. There is nothing wrong with your phone about this problem. Anyway mms is dinosaur who must die.
Probally you can try to activate the "Cellular Data always active" within the developer options -> Networking..looks like this....can you give feedback if this works?

Thor, no luck using the dev settings. Thanks for the suggestion.
I updated with the beta opt in when it was made available. Before the update my data was working fine. I had successfully ran the DP 1 but went back to stock with the April update. after the update my data goes in and out and my APN settings are locked out so i cant add or edit whats there. I am running Straight Talk with a Verizon network sim card. typically it shows my carrier as Verizon on my phone. now it is showing 31000.

I know there have been issues with the APN settings and this phone early on.
Anyone else having issues or am i alone on this?
texting and calling are working. MMS and Data however are not.
I was able to create another APN alongside the one that the phone created. i have made it as close to the one used previously on O. the one thing though that wont take is the MNVO Type. I wont let me change it to None. None is the setting that worked with my previous setup.
How were you able to add the one you made?
