0.19 version works fine on my micromax canvas 4 a210. hope to get the cm updates directly on the phone

no.. cm11 0.19 version is not at all stable... i have switched back to 0.17 v of cm11

This rom is really nice but i am not able to get network on both the sim cards
Initially i thought it's because of imei no
So i restored imei no using Mobile uncle tools but still no luck..
I flashed the stock rom and restored the imei no again, it all works fine..
Just make sure if i have done everything right, i flashed this rom again but no luck
Tried almost 3 times..
Everything it failed, i reverted back to stock and flashed this again..
Everytime, stock rom works fine..
Note:
I have not flashed gapps..
Notification bar keep popping these messages,
Restricted access changed
All voice services are blocked
Data service is blocked
I turned off 3g but no luck..
Between,
I could not find 'updater-script' in Meta Inf >com>Google location
But i could find in, Meta inf>com>Google>android location
And i have replaced with the file given by you..
Am i doing anything wrong??

Yeah I installed 0.19
I just flashed CM11 0.19 on MMX c4 today, it was my first kitkat rom though and just loved it but there was a sim card bug. It would throw "Restricted Voice Data Access" & "Restricted Data Access" for sim1 & sim2 respectively. And on some one of the thread it was suggested to restore the imei number through mobile uncle tools if not shown in settings>about phone>status; I also dialed *#06# which only showed 1 imei number. But then too, I m unable to register to a network. Due to which I again switched to MIUI v5 Please guyz help me to get out of this plzzz !!

Installed ROM but I have some bugs
1 Multi Sim doesn't work even though i tried the commands in emulator. Please work on this as soon as possible.
2. Could not do USB data transfer, only charging and USB debugging options are available. Rather i dont know how to do data transfer.
3. In camera, I can take pictures but could not record video. The app crashes when tried to capture a video.
4. You can include android market in the ROM.

I installed this ROM and tested it. This is my first custom ROM installation. But the steps that you had mentioned were clear enough which helped me to install without any hurdles. But please add an instruction to install gapps in the end of installation. For a beginner like me doesnt know how to install play store to get other apps.
I also go the same bugs as reported in bug list:
1. Only one SIM works and it hurts. I am staying in a different state than my hometown. I keep going to my home town often. And so I bought this dual sim mobile, So this custom ROM is a bit negative for me. I hope the developers will work on it soon. Thanks in advance.
2. Video mode in Camera doesn't worked for me.
3. Tried installing whatsapp with ART runtime. I tried many times but I could not. Then I found that its the problem with runtime. Later I changed to the old runtime, rebooted and installed whatsapp without errors. After this I edited the runtime to ART and re-booted it.
4. USB debugging is working fine but I could not data transfer through USB.

Brothers, Severe Sim card problems...... I cant get network on any of the roms not even on the stock !!! please guyz save me !!!!!

install cm 11 on my canvas 4 some probs please resolve
i install cm 11 ver .19
my phone is not getting data connection when i reboot the the phone its getting and when i reboot again its not going to connect with my mobile data...
google play is not installing apps say insufficient storage.
to fix this prob i uninstall google play updates but now my play store is not connecting say check ur connection but my net connection is working...

I am sorry for asking such a foolish question but i am a beginner in this field that's why i want to ask that moreover the instructions are provided above, but i want to confirm that do we have to install the rom and gapps separately? i mean first we have to install rom, then run it for the first time and then install the gapps zip?? This rom is simply superb....great work bro.....this is very first time i am installing any custom rom to my canvas 4.....i have successfully installed this rom and followed the instructions carefully...every thing is working fine but when i connect my mobile to my pc its not working as MASS STORAGE device..in fact my pc is not at all recognizing it as a mass storage so i am not been able to transfer any file from my pc....please help me to solve this.....other bugs are i)video recording and ii)hotspot.....

Flash Rom of Chinese Star C1000

Hi everyone, first time poster, please be gentle...
I have recently brought a chinese smartphone, mainly as a bit of a folly to see what they are like. I have brought the Star C1000 also known as the Sesonn C1000, Kingelon C1000, HDC White Walker, Vifocal C1000, Lenteen C1000, Goophone M3 and many other names. It is 5.5 inch with fingerprint scanner.
I want to flash the rom and put either a fresh android 4.4 on there or another trusted mod e.g. cyangenmod but i'm having some trouble as I can't seem to find the necessary ROM for this phone in order to do this. Add to this non of the apps that automate some or all of this i.e. Rom Manager won't recognise the device in order to provide rom's and back up facility and when I tried the automated cyangenmod auto installation, again would recognise the phone and continue with the installation...
So could anyone give me some guidance and advice on this,
P.s. Phone is already rooted as its loaded with their custom rom which says the version is android 5.5, so unless this phone is from the future...

Hello,
First, i dont think that there is any CM Rom for your device.
Second, check every other device with the same Hardware as your device, for one with 4.4 Android.
If you find something, a little Modifikation of the update binary should do the job

Now the reason I want to do this is because it has come with its own rom installed claiming its android 5.5 and that its a sony m880 when it obviously isnt....does anybody know anything about this...

jd1639 gave me the advice to post my problem in this thread rather than wait for an answer in the xda-assist thread. For not having to write it all again, here is a link to the post I made: http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/unbrick-wiko-rainbow-t3108133 . Seems like noone is able to help me on that issue, but I hope for your knowledge to come up with a solution...
Is it possible to use an update.zip to fix it? Thought of packing the whole stock-rom into a zip-file, rename and install it, and everything would be fine again. Tried to do so, but when I pick the "apply update from sdcard"-option in recovery menu, the system partition is shown instead of the sd card storage, and I don't know how to put the zip onto sys without adb.
If not even a pro like you knows a solution for this, do you think it is still possible to recognize, that I tried to install a custom firmware? Otherwise I could return it to Wiko and hope for a replacement!
Thank you for arguing with my problem by now, please let me know what you think about it.

@Metal-Moe so let me try to help you..
you have 2 methods:
1.official tool
what you must do? connect your phone and run JB version (it appears v14 on wiko site)..i assume you know how to it.#see below the pictures and minitutorial.
charge your battery to full, this is important!! see if the software recognize your WIKO..run this drivers:https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934554018 and try to connect and reconnect your WIKO in different USB ports after you installed the drivers. (install anyway if appears a security warning)
2.SPFLASHTOOLS-.if doesnt work try the same method but with SP FLASHTOOLS..even in my computer sometimes doesnt recognize when testing developer roms..and i do that ..works for me..you just need to be patient and keep trying..one of the usb ports will work for sure..after it works flash stock JB and see if your IMEI is back..at least have your phone back to life..to restore your IMEI you have many methods..just PM or mention me to have a more faster answer..first lets see if we can bring back your phone from the dead.:good:
note:stock JB makes a folder inside that is SP FLASHABLE like this:

@smokerman: Unfortunately I wasn't able to solve the problem with the possible solutions you'd mentioned, so I brought the bricked phone back to the local store, hoping it wouldn't be returned unrepaired due to guarantee loss. Two weeks later I got it back and it's working fine! But thank you for your effort in helping me anyway!
Now I'll backup the IMEI with MobileUncle before doing anything else!

There is a ota update available from wiko..system>about>update
If i update..will it further change the firmware to latest version v13...or do i need to flash the whole package of v13 for the latest version...

if you have root and recovery probably you cant update..it will give you a error..but here it is v13 to flash with SP FLASHTOOLS:

Wiko Jimmy Flash Stock Rom

Can anyone help me out flashing this device please?
I tried to install chainire 3d drivers and now my device is bootlooping.... I searched for a solution but I need a secound opinion

Hi, as this is a international site I will speak in english for other users too. While I haven´t flashed the Wiko you can download the stock rom and make a recovery. Just google wiko jinny rom and you´ll have the list of stock roms ( as is my first post I can´t put links )
If before the bootloop you made a backup of the system, better. Just go to recovery and restore.
I guess you bought it in Box Jumbo store. The Wiko Jimmy seems to be a pretty standard android device and beside the irritating launcher when out of box ( with double tap icons and voice ) just do a factory reset and you´ll get a mostly stock android rom.
I rooted mine with kingo root and it identified as a HTC Dream (!!!) so try at your own risk with roms for this model.

SM-T116 rom dilemma!!

Good day XDA!! This is my first ever post or thread on XDA, for about 5 years I have been a spectator to this site, and it has been an essential source for all things us android foondies want and need. But for the past month I have hit a blank when it comes to my new tab3 ve 7.0 sm-t116nq (goyave3g).
It started when I wanted to root it, little to no support for this model was available (at least through the search function) I managed to root through Kingo root on a pc. But now my dilemma is finding/porting rooms for this model. I have no problem with all my Mediatek androids, but I'm in the dark when it comes to samsung. I don't even know where to begin, for other popular Samsung's it's not a problem, obviously because they're popular.
SO, I need some help. I hate this abomination they call touchwiz, I want a vanilla aosp rom for this model, or even better CM or PAC-MAN rom!! I am prepaid to put a lot of time and effort into this. I have extremely limited experience, most of my past successes was actually the success of other xda members (you guys are awesome BTW.) Any info would be apriciated.
So let's revive this tablet and let's start a revolution for budget tablets.

But is not there anyone interested in developing a rom with Lollipop for the SM t116? Hardware the device has, a Galaxy J1 mini has almost the same processed and less than 1gb of ram and it runs the Lollipop well

OMG, Im also stuck here with SM-T116BU which was officially upgraded to Tab E (somehow) how it happened, i don't know since this was my son's Tab 3v originally.
lately. i have rooted tru inception (nice job for the rooting guys) then tried TWRP 3.1.1.0 but couldnt boot, down ver to TWRP 2.8.7.0 bcos the others are either not TAR for odin or files are missing to boot TWRP recovery.
so far, i have tried CM-13 but failed miserably, perhaps those files are corrupted as well
I enjoyed loading with my "Note3 with touchwiz" DO NOT TRY THIS UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO RECOVER, so i tried using the same ROM N9005_TouchWizMM_V4_16-04-2016. installation smoothly with TWRP into TAB E but could NOT make it BOOT.
I guess some files are missing while downloading those as well or those files have been corrupted thru the years.
N9005_TouchWizMM_V4_16-04-2016 not difficult to find but NEED an expert to cook a SM-116 version since this is best "complete" ROM (need kernel) in my Note3 now
I'll keep trying ROM N9005_TouchWizMM_V4_16-04-2016 into THIS TAB E and mixed with SM_116 kernels n I KNOW I MIGHT BRICK THIS SM-116 Tab E, what the HACK so let it be, NO VENTURE NO GAIN hahahaaa

Well. The TouchWiz works perfectly on my note3 so I'll try to cook a TouchWiz for Sm-t116 from the note3 platform. If u have ready ROM, do send them. Tks in advance !

Guys please give the firmware rom for TVRP on the TAB-3 Lite SM-T116 ! Cause when I for some reason flashed TVPP I realized that there are no custom firmwares for this device , But I need 100% working FI-WI, and cyanogen mod does not fit, cause Wi-Fi doesn't work there!
