Unlocked Bootloader, S-On Red Bootup Message

Got a HTC one M8 a few days ago that was stuck in a bootloop due to a stock update but the phone was rooted so entered a boot loop.
Have since installed TWRP and unlocked the bootloader, I'm on the revolution HD rom at the moment.
I'm now getting a message at boot on the HTC screen saying "this is for dev purposes only" now reading round I have to have S-Off to flash a new HBOOT.
Anyway to get back to full stock or remove the message without S-Off or do I need to pay sunshine?

Personally, I would just live with the message. It means nothing.
I have it, and I'm S-Off. Getting rid of it involves flashing a hex edited hboot, and that can be dangerous.

HTC M9 no Download Mode, No Bootloader.

I got from customer Htc M9 with this condition:
Stuck on Bootloader screen, No download or Revovery mode( failed to enter).

Sprint HTC 10 no recovery, s-off bootloader relocked

So I used the htcdev site to unlock my bootloader, then I sucessfully flashed twrp-3.0.3-0_UNOFFICIAL-pme.img. then before I was going to reboot the phone I thought I needed to relock the bootloader, but when I did and restarted the phone it goes to upgrading android for a couple seconds before it pops up a screen saying my phone is encrypted and I need to input the passcode. I put that in and it says" even though I put in the right code my data is corrupted and I need to do a factory reset, which it starts then immediately goes into download mode. I can put it into bootloader but if I try recovery it fails and kicks me back to download mode. So no recovery, and until just recently I could do fastboot commands but not adb. the computer does not recognise the phone, neither does htc sync. Is there a way to unlock the bootloader with the original unlock bin code? I have also tried to send zips of the original ruu hoping I could get into recovery but it wont let me flash recovery with the s-on. Please help me.....

Have you tried the RUU on SD card method to restore the phone?

HTC ONE M8S locked bootloaded but recovery not working

Hi,
So I tried flashing a TWRP v2.7.0.2 to a HTC One M8s which on command line said was successful but when opening recovery the phone just powers off and does not load any recovery.
I then, stupidly relocked the bootloader (fastboot oem lock) and now have a bootloader saying ***RELOCKED***
I have tried a new unlockcode bin file but it wont matter as the recovery will not load when i select unlock bootloader.
Is there any other way to unlock the bootloader without having the recovery to run?
Please help!!!
Hi,
I had a similiar problem and used 'Squabbi's HTC One M8 Toolkit 2 2.5.0' to Re-flash TWRP twrp-3.2.3-0-m8.
Regards
Rob
I'm also having a similar issue when flashing twrp image successfully (bootloader unlocked) recovery loads the HTC white screen until the battery drains! I'm using Linux mint terminal. Could you point me towards squabbis toolkit to reflash? Tia

HELP! HTC 10 Three UK (H3G__001) Restore to stock

Hi,
I've been handed a HTC 10 locked to the Three network in the UK which has been tampered with and I'm looking to restore the firmware.
I'm not sure what the previous owner has done but the device boot loops when attempting to boot into Android or Recovery with a red warning message quickly appearing.
The device boots into download mode fine, it states it's relocked and S-ON and fastboot seems to function fine but I'm unable to flash anything to the device due to it being locked and S-ON, unable to get into Anroid I cannot enable OEM Unlock to unlock the device again.
I've been hunting the web for HTC 10 H3G__001 RUU but am not able to to find anything anywhere, the unlocked and european versions always fail due to the CID mismatch.
If anyone can provide the RUU for my particular device or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful, HTC support aren't really proving to be any help in providing such.
Just an RUU zip to be placed on the SD so I can restore from the download menu is all I ask.
Thank You!
