Hello Firstly welcome to the forum!!
For creating an app you have to hire an Android application developer or you can discuss with the person with the depth knowledge of android development. There are many websites and companies, through which you can create your app.
Thanks

Hi fellow XDA-Developerians...!!!
I am looking to start programming on Windows Mobile devices. I own a HD but have never programmed on windows mobile platform. At present I'm researching on search engines and have recently shifted my interest to mobile based information retrieval. I would therefore request you to help me get on with the first few steps with programming on windows mobile platform. To start with, which all tools or application I would require in order to write a program and run it on my device?!
I'm trying to make an intelligent mobile based search engine which would change its search tactics according to the users' usage pattern. If you have any idea about search engine technologies or know which programming tool to choose, please share with me. Any information is welcome.
Thanks for all your help...

You'll find a lot of resources here. Search engine dev is too general, so google it.
P.S.: As your question isn't Blackstone specific you'll get more and faster responses in the Dev&Hack or Q&A forums.
Hi,
I am new to android and wanted to know of there are any sites, resources and tutorials to get started with developing android apps. I have downloaded all the tools and have played around with the samples and created my hello world app.
I have no previous experience with Java or programming apart from a little Qbasic and html knowledge but I am very technical and would love to start learning.
Also anyone who has some advice about how long it might take to become comfortable with Android would be helpful.
Any help much appreciated
Since you have no java experience, might want to try signing up for access to Google App Inventor to start with.
In the meantime, your best bet is to buy a book on general java programming, since most Android development books assume a basic knowledge of Java.

Dave

Hi guys, I used to do a lot of theming for windows 6.5 and android and now I am looking forward to learning how to create apps for windows phone 7. Ive registered a dreamspark account but in order to finish the registration process I need to submit an app. All i need is a very simple app, nothing to complicated. I would create one myself but I self teaching myself from the ground up. I aspire to learn enough to put my graphic designing skills to good use and create a beautiful app this year (2011 goal!). I hope any of you guys can take the time to help me out. Thanks again

If you're just trying to get your account activated you can submit a simple hello world app which should start the geo trust process.
A very good source of information on developing for Windows Phone 7 for beginners with zero coding experience is http://channel9.msdn.com/Series/Windows-Phone-7-Development-for-Absolute-Beginners
Hope this helps
I've not seriously programmed since I was 10-12 years old and Peek'd/Poke'd my way through in BASIC on my C=64. I'm wanting to create an app to use on my phone and even release into Marketplace for others. It's a general Ballistics program. I've noticed there is nothing out there that I can find for the hobby or competitive shooter. If someone else wants to take up the challenge, please feel free. But, if not, I'd be willing to do one if I can find the programs to help with this. Also, does anyone have any books or other sites that will explain the programing languages needed to make a current (Mango) compatible app.
Thanks
JTMcD.

I'm with you!
I don't want to create a feed based app either, mine is strictly texted based with a search feature. Not quite as easy as it looks
I've spent all day looking at the attached document. It's a small tutorial on WP development.

hi am looking for a good commercial windows software package which allows the design and creation of android apps with a minimum amount of coding knowledge required and is drag n drop / templates/ friendly ui / graphical based. After searching a found a number of websites which allowed this however did not allow exclusive rights to the app. also there where many strings attached. If there is a good, user friendly, commercial studio app creator much like serif web plus for making web sites, can you please recommend me. i don't mind whatever the price is. Am looking to slowly expand my knowledge and build apps for fun. so if you know of any software please let me know!
i am familiar with web design, photoshop, android rom development, windows os development and many other things and as a full time law student, have no time to learn app coding. so please advise tell me to learn how to code in android.
