Nope. Someone ported 4.3 from S4 to Ideos X5 U8800 Pro and I ported it from Ideos X5 U8800 Pro.

Can't download please upload to media fire and is this 4.3 or 4.2?

not sure to be honest. if you haven't took the plunge yet I'll advise you to back up your ROM in it's current state, then flash or I could put together a zip with the old script. did these due to the changes within Kit Kat.

afaik you cant flash logo.bin file via recovery...

Hi. I am not so lectured in Android customization and the only thing I've ever flashed is Closed for LP. Shall I just put the zip in the internal memory and flash it via TWRP, or is there another step?
Also if I need to return to the stock bootlogo what is it I shall save or where do I find it?

Yes just put the zip file in the internal memory and flash it through twrp or philz recovery. You will have to find the stock boot logo and flash it using mfastboot in order to return to stock.
