Wow I didn't think burn in could be captured on a screen shot, but a quick Google search lead me to this Link
Here is an app I've used to check for dead pixels but it also has tools to try to fix burn in. One of the tools in the app is free(black and white scrolling bars), the others however require the pro version. There might be a better free alternative out there but Idk. Play Store Link

Mine was dropped .. no scratch glass but suddenly i have stuck pixel .. annoying green dot
Try almost app in play store but no luck. I read somewhere that stuck pixel maybe reviving itself. Hope so

Quick menu

I can't found icon to edit quick menu: wifi, bluetooth, don't disturb and other. Some icon doesn't see like NFC.

Needs a rooted ROM sadly to start with.

Understandable if you don't want to root, but then you have to wait and see if HTC ever do more with it.

I has a phone from few days so I Try stock than s-off and root than I try it. Htc lost his mind to turn off this features. Its poor solution.

Not without a working Xposed module capable of that, and even then it's not likely that it would work with oxygen, as in my experience those moods only really work well with aosp/Nexus(or pixel) devices. Also, pretty sure that video you saw I'd clickbait because I doubt that that pixelfy is stable on Xposed much less magisk. Learn to weed out lies friend

I use "Power Shade" from Playstore. Without Root.
