so i have a at&t galaxy s3 phone with jelly bean and its unlocked so im using tmobile on it, the problem is that theirs these at&t crap apps that runs only for at&t and uses my memory so i was wondering if i find a official Tmobile galaxy s3 rom and install it on my at&t galaxy s3 phone would their be any issues. I' m fairley new at this so sorry in advance if its a stupid question.

Its not out of the question. Just make sure before flashing it that it'll work for the ATT variant. Which is should.

ok so i want to know why it is that Sprint and AT&T have pushed 4.3 to the Note II but Verizon and T-Mobile act like what update that just seams a little odd if you ask me does anyone know the reason why we are still stuck in the out of the box 4.1 and dont have 4.2 or the 4.3 update is T-Mobile and Verizon both just not care anymore about the owners of the Note 2 and more worried about the Note 3 owners or just trying to push everyone on the Note 3 to make more money

This^ and modem (aka radio) in relation. Probably that is the delay. Your guess is as good as mine...
you know t-mobile has the note 3 with wifi calling so it cant be that hard to fix the radio i could maybe see i just think like verizon they are trying to drum up note 3 sells

My at&t note edge dropping to 4G when making calls. I have volte enable, and I know there is volte avalable because my wife note 4 have it. Do I miss something

Also I notice if I want to access more settings in call app phone give me error " Sim card or Network error"

Ok. I find solution how to fix problem : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60201695&postcount=37 , i did not downgrade but i call At&t and after some around 2-3 hours on phone they finally re provisioned the IMEI/ICCID on the network. Now everything seems to be working great.
Usually it's because you're not in an area that supports voice over lte

Hmmmm... I'm sorry. I guess XDA changed some things since I had the Edge (which I had for a few days before exchanging it for my Note 4). There used to be a whole ATT Note Edge forum with its own General, Q&A, Development, etc subforums.
Here's the Note Edge forum though

BTW, I also thought you were talking about Lollipop's Project Volta (a instead of e) for some reason. Wasn't thinking clearly apparently.

Yes it is, but if you have phone next to yours and my wife note 4 have VoLTE and yours not , that indicated that something is wrong.

Read my post again. There used to be an ATT Edge forum, but it seems that XDA changed it to just an Edge forum.
Don't worry about it, the issue was resolved, let the topic die, as a side note to what I said before about being in an area that supports volte, I think that those of us not in that area experience high battery drain from enhanced 4G lte services because of that

It maybe truth. I notice since I got hd voice back battery seems to be better. BTW you can turn off enhanced 4G LTE services in mobile data.
