Use Airblocker from Play store to stop the push notifications. As for the music downloads question I am pretty sure its not allowed to even ask how to get free music.

Current play store supported dpi?

I have asked around and searched the Web, but can not get a definitive answer. What are the current supported dpi values for our device that will allow play store to update apps normally.?

Well, all the stock android dpi values to my knowledge (this is from memory) are
160, 240, 320, 480
Use anyone of those and you won't need a modded market. I use 240

Wanna run YouTube in the background so I can leave the app without breaking my experience/audio

Look up viral on the play store, it's an alternative YouTube application that does exactly this.
