What tool can flash them ?

Since you have the mediatek version of them, I have no idea. Maybe ask around in some mediatek chipset subforums?

I have Chinese Tablet X-Tab (MT8382). I tried to flash it with different firmware. Now it is not loading anymore. Getting white screen.
Is it possible to find firm ware for this tablet. details follows. I can find firmware for MT65xx. But not for this. is it because newer or fake SOC ?
SOC Model : MediaTek MT8382
CPU : 2x ARM Cortex @1300MHz
Please help me to fix this.
