How to unlock boot loader LG E 975

Hello
This is my first post on xda forums. I just purchased LG optimus G E975 ( indian version ) yesterday
I have used this guide

to root my phone and I there is no error in rooting and I can find the superuser app installed.
I have a simple doubt by using the above guide is my bootloader still locked or it's unlocked in the process ??
I also want to keep my stock android and don't want to use Custom ROM as of now ( I would like to explore features that LG provided )
I just want to unlock my bootloader and have full root access and want to install custom ROM clockworkmod.

CWM is not available for E975.
you only can root und try to unlock your bootloader with FreeGee

Succes ? I'll get my e975 in a few days. And of course want to unlock BL, root and if there are some, to flash custom kernel.

FreeGee not working on E975(yet).I have E975 10c(4.1.2)(Orange romania) and i also want cwm on it.Rooting procedure is very easy,took me about 1 minute(thanks fiddy for that).
Unfortunately i couldn't find anything related to cwm.
Also, is there way to check bootloader status?

CWM is not available and will not be.
unlock is working with another version of freegee.
but is not public and Shelnutt2 is working on an easier way, but he need some files.
please try the latest freegee beta: http://downloads.codefi.re/shelnutt2/optimusg/freegee/FreeGee-beta.apk
starts the unlock method and upload the files for freegee to support your rom in the future.

Just an update, as soon as some from HK or tw can send me the ICS sbl stack we can move forward with a better unlock. If no one offers up to dump the images soon I might have to ask someone on an e975 to kdz to their ICS firmware and grab them for me.

then help Shelnutt2 and install a compatible ics kdz

I uploaded boot.img via freegee app.
Is there other way to extract the file?i looked in the need info thread but :banghead: i didn't understood much.can't find final commands for extracting

Just use freegee from the play store and you are good to unlock after rooting.

I cant unlock my bootloader still....!!... It doesn't entr recovery mode also....

Are you rooted? What happens when you unlock? Does it just reboot to a black screen?

Regain warranty by flashing stock rom ?

Since LG G3 has no unlockable bootloader if i flash back the stock rom i can hand it in to LG for warranty cant i ?

Fix bootloop on lg k10?

Hi I unrooted my device using SuperSU unroot then my device got stuck in boot loop
I have no custom recovery flashed in my phone and there is no way to boot to fastboot
any way I can solve this ASAP?

Which specific model? You can try flashing .kdz firmware of ur device using LG UP tool in download mode to overcome the issue.

[HELP] Help with full TWRP/Asus unlock tool

Hi everyone!
I'm currently trying to full TWRP my phone but it won't let me download the official ASUS Unlock tool. Whenever I try to download it it just shows an ''App not installed'' message. Is there another way to install TWRP on my phone ? Am I obliged to root it ?

screwed my phone stuck in 9008 mode

anyone how how to fix my h812? if not no biggie i have an fruitphone 4 as my backup phone.
now its stuck in qhsusb_bulk no idea if thats the same thing but i feel like im screwed either way.

You can try but it will not work. Then gpt will be not valid and so it will just not boot..

There is also the way with qfil but you have to ensure to use good ones!
There are some out there which CONVERTING your device to a ls991 even when they are named like your model!
Or you find someone with a box (e.g. Infinity) ofc.

Ok so I followed your sd card guide and can't seem to do the by-partlabel part, seems like either my partition is bad from my extraction or im screwed

as far as i know i'm using the latest fwul distro you made but ill see if there's an update. at school right now and don't have the usb, I also couldn't extract the kdz with salt and i had to use some windows kdz extractor

ok so i'm checking gdisk and it seems my PrimaryGPT.gpt doesn't want to flash even though it sucessfuly flashes, I've checked and it's flashing to the right thing.

I'm sorry but you have to use salt for extracting because the windows tool is bull**** that does not extract correctly which is very likely the reason for your issues
Try to extract again with salt and upload the log file from the advanced menu just click the upload button and share the link

alright i got it to extract with salt randomly but i did flash a ls991 bootloader thru qfil by stupidity and I know for a fact the arb went up so I bet i'm screwed.

ok i unbricked it via a h811 qfil file and now it boots, i can't update to 6.0 but it works better than my fruitphone 4!
