Stuck at Android Recovery Mode

Please help me :/ I got stuck at the Recovery mode for 2 days. Can't use my SM-T210. It happens after I install the custom recovery mode. Even if I restart, it always take me at the recovery mode. Please help!!!

1. Question. What kind of recovery you have installed?
2. Have you done a full wipe ( facory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik )
3. After restart can you go to download mode, is your answere yes, flash stock firmware with odin.

I really need help How can i Boot It to Recovery while off im stuck plus The secure boot error i cant go in factory reset Or MENU of my pad, my computer is broke too?:crying:

Recovery Mode Error(Zenfone 2:ze551ml)

Hello guys,
This is my first thread, and I want help regarding my Asus Zenfone 2(ze551ml).
My device is rooted and it was rooted by the procedure of opening an Root.bat file. After rooting when I tried to go in the recovery mode by pressing the Lock key+volume up key my phone when into the boot menu, and when I selected to go in recovery mode it restarted back into the boot menu instead of going in recovery mode i.e. wipe data and reboot phone and all.
And due to this problem I can't install any other recovery or install ROMs. If anyone could help me out please reply back or else give me a way of how to install custom recovery without going into recovery mode :crying:

I did these steps:
1) Unlocked bootloader
2) Installed SUPERSU version. 2.37 from recovery mode
3) Phone rooted? but stuck on bootloop after rebooting to system
4) I went to recovery mode and wiped all data, because i thought it would factory reset my phone(stupid of me...)
And now im here. there is ''no os installed'' on my phone.
I can detect my phone from my computer with CMD. And i can only have access to bootloader and recovery mode.
Can anyone help with a fix? ive been up all night to search for a fix, but nothing seems to help...
+ i have no backup from my phone. but i have a stock backup from someone i found on the forums, but i have no idea how to use it.

Just download a ROM and put it onto your extSD card, then flash it in recovery and everything should be good.

I can't boot to recovery mode

i tried to root the device but it was unsuccessful. It gave me bootloop instead.Then i was able to use the recovery mod that time ..So i wipe all my data and cache and installed android 5.1 using my sd card.It success but i dont know why i cant boot to recovery mode .
i tried to falsh twrp and gwm but it won't work. ?
"SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO"
