after changing baseband, it is working very well.
Now I am trying to update my phone with CyanogenMod11. when i am trying to do, i am facing problem.
1. Downloaded ROM manager
2. installed-> installed ClockworkMod recovery -> Reboot into recovery
-> after rebooting it is always showing "secure error in booting" & hanging like that.
I kept phone in Download mode & installed kdz. Now it is working fine. But i want to know how to install CyanogenMod11??

you need to unlock your bootloader, download from google play store the app "freegee" than open the app and choose a recovery, cmw or twrp, when it finished you will have bootloader unlocked and recovery installed. Now if you want to install cyanogenmod : 1.download custom rom. 2.copy it in your phone memory 3.install quickboot and choose recovery,. when recovery menu appear follow the instructions to install cyanogenmod

Dear ShazZ94,
Thank you very much. i have done it. able to do call, browse in cyanogenMod But it is showing "green screen" again & again. How to resolve this?
Dear hasan4791
very sorry for that.
About the green screen I can't help you, probably depends on CM. Generally before flashing a custom rom you need to wipe cache, wipe dalvilk and factory reset, did you? Sorry for my bad English xd

I have done it again. It is working fine now. Thank you very much.
But it is crashing when i am trying to use front cam(showing that green screen). Sometimes device is switching off.
Have you flash with CM the correct gapps?

when i boot up my m8x , always stuck at htc logo , how can i solve this problem?
i had tried wiped cache , but nothing happened , still stuck at boot screen
my device haven't s-off yet , is s-on cause this problem?

If you were running viper Rom v1.8 then I'm guessing your phone is on 4.4.2. Viper rom v2.0 supports the new 4.4.3 firmware so you have to update the firmware first before you flash that. And to do that you must be unlocked boot loader,s-off,and super cid

Hi,
I have the HTC One M9, which i recieved today, after unlocking the bootloader i rooted & tried to install the arm64 xposed.
It didnt install and it came up with the error about it being for arm not arm64, yes i used the attached files and yest it was the v21.
I then tried to install Android Revolution HD, it cam up with an error about some permissions, after booting it was stuck on the HTC Logo, then i tried to fix permissions & still nothing, i then tried flashing a firmware file for my phone which is about 2GB and recovery just turns off and restarts...
My phone has an unlocked bootloader & is S-ON.

Hi Team,
I have been using my HTC Desire 820 for the past 8 months. It was updated to Lollipop two months back.
All of a sudden my phone had a restart. Ever since, it turns on - gets stuck in the logo - restarts. This has been happening in a loop.
I do understand that this is a software problem. Can someone please assist me with this? My sincere apologies if this is too lame for a question. Totally stuck with the problem.
Thanks in Advance
Regards,
Nirmal

Hey h1dd3n_sn1p3r,
Thanks for your prompt reply. And the answers to your questions:
1) I haven't rooted my device yet. It was left with the stock Android Lollipop version offered by HTC
2) I did try the hard factory reset but in vain. Is there any other way to get it back on track?

- - put the downloded ZIP file in SD card
- go to Bootlodder
- Click recovery
- In recovery Hold VOL UP 3 sec and press power once u will reach 3e recovery
- in 3e recovery < apply update from sd card >
-select the OTA file
-done
now my phone stuck again in a loop.
when i click recovery, factory reset, simlock, smartsd, it always restart..

Mate its simple get lollipop twrp backup restore it! Do factory reset (wipe cache's) not system and reboot system .
When u will be in check usb debugging
If you want to stay stock relock boot lodder and flash stock recovery staying at boot lodder !
Thats all now u may go for OTA updates and your phone will be no longer rooted
I am not able to share screenshot, will this backup work for this version
.
