You can try this (if your device qualifies), otherwise you can try any compatible kernel that contains the required recovery (recovey is inside the ramdisk, inside the kernel by dafault on all Xperias)

Hi,
I have Cosmic ROM with Evolution Kernel 1.7.6. Now im trying to update to Resurrection Remix® 4.4.2 KitKat v5.1.4 using below instructions.
Make a backup of your EFS. Read more HERE
- Make sure you are either on any KitKat ROM (CM11, SlimKat, etc) or on 4.2.2 TW based ROM and NOT on 4.1.2 TW based ROM
- Download the latest build
- Download Gapps
- Take a nandroid backup
- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
- Flash ROM using latest ClockworkMod recovery
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot.

But while installing Gapps i got an error in installation.
I tried to restart the system thinking i can install required gapps after phone is up. But phone is struck in rr logo only.
do we need to use different kernel for RR ROM?? Please help me to resolve this.
Thanks in advance.

No You cannot flash cm12 gapps on JB 4.1.2 . You must have gapps by default as those are present in the Stock or stock based ROM's.

pacman rom uses 32bit architecture and euphoria uses 64 bir architecture.
so before you flash euphoria rom you have to flash cm12 rom official update and after that you can flash euphoria rom.
and if you are experienced person then follow this GUIDE
this guide contain a flashable file using this file you can flash direct euphoria from your pacman rom.
other wise to be safe.
just flash cyanogen official cm12 and then flash euphoria.
Thanks Bro Used The Guide and flashed the rom
one last question can i revert back to 32bit pacman rom using nandroid backup??????? that i made using twrp

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo.
if you do this you will brick your mobile.
if you want to go to kitkat first downgrade using this GUIDE
and then you can flash any kitkat base rom
So should I flash cm11 first then restore nandroid backup using twrp?????

first you should decide what you want to do ?
will you want to go for lollipop or do you want to restore your back up ?
and yes if you want to restore backup you should be on kitkat only.
Thanks Bro:thumbup:

I have been using AOSO 6.0.1 from few months now.
I wanted to install Xposed as I needed it for few Apps but it isn't working. The flashable Zip gives some error. Can someone give me proper files to flash?
Thank You.
Using this rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...t/aosp-6-0-0-galaxy-grand-duos-i9082-t3224556
I flashed latest version of Xposed and It works well when I was in AOSP 6.0.1.
I flashed this version, using recovery from @pawitp:
http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk23/arm/xposed-v82-sdk23-arm.zip
And... Using the latest installer from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3383776&d=1435601440
First, install APK... Then, flash framework.
Tanx work on Aosp 6.0.1 LG G Pad 8.3 v500 :good:
