Touchwiz Nature UX(SGS)

Just tried touchwiz latest version and got it working with a few steps:-
1.firstly download the 2 files below.
2.then dowload lcd density app from market.
3.now move the lib file to system/lib(u can use root explorer) and set permissions to rw-r-r.
4.In the same way copy apk file to system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r.
5.Now open the lcd density app and set density to 210 dpi.
6.now reboot and select touchwiz launcher.
7.enjoy.

i did'nt tried it on GB ,,,,only tested on ics 4.0.4.,,,,,,i think it will only work on ics but u can try it.

You'd better to change lcs density, by entering build prop ( in system /)and setting it to 210 or whatever you want.

Works great, but there is a way to launch it without change the density? cuz it makes all my apps crash..

I do not know how to do that, all you have done is introduce to the folders that tells me.

Loaded on my SGS with CM9. Pretty slick. The folder system seems SO archaic, but it seems to run a heck of a lot smoother than NovaLauncher though.

Hi, for me get fc on gallery after flashing this zip, need to flash rom again via odin to restore files.....

I haven't tried doing this because I've been using deodexed roms.
Although it says xxlsj, it still works with xxls8. I'm currently using it.
Try this
download this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2006951 and extract the .apk file in an easy to remember location. Leave it.
Edit: also extract the lib folder and copy it to the folder accdg to the directory structure in the .zip file
Find the .odex and .apk file of the default gallery (can be found in /system/app and /preload/symlink/system/app) then delete those. (Assuming your rooted and using a root file browser)
Copy the .apk file that you extracted then paste it to those locations I indicated above. Reboot phone.

Pretty much the same as my instructions. Lol I didn't need to start from scratch because OP is obviously rooted and is able to flash files via CWM.

I followed your instructions, I tried with gyxter's method , the result was the same : It installed the new gallery and i can open it but all the pictures looks black in the interface and when I tap one of them , it sends a message " the file cannot be opened". Thanks for your to answer.

You have to set the right permissions for lib file! :thumbup:
Otherwise gallery wont find ANY PICS. Please check if lib file is set to rw-r-r. Greetz

This Rom is based on the weekly version compiled by Miui.Com. It has been translated into a 99% (something always overlooked lol). Such translations, both textual and graphical, are thanks to Miui.es, all credits to the Trunk, Vaus teachers and others with additions and tweaks made ​​by me.

FAQ:
I not see the pictures and content with file explorer/gallery or to connect to the PC ...

I can access MIUI official website and understand CHN very easily. I think I can help U to carry the ROM and do some little language translation.(Recently I have many test before the end of term,so,maybe later I can help u,after Jan 15th.)

Op has assured me, that enough changes have been made, to make this ROM different from the other version 5 MIUI ROMs.
As I don't have the device, this remains to be seen. Most importantly he has stated a custom kernel for the ROM.

Tools required:
7z to unzip.
Apktool (or similar) for decompiling / compiling apk
Notepad + + to modify xml files
1ª Once the lge-res.apk decompiled file, which is located in the path:

2ª We go to the folder: lge-res \res \ values
Open the styles.xml with notepad + + and remove the following 3 lines:

Doesnt work, after installing I have FC in Settings. But after flashing restore_10h.zip. everything is back to normal.

Also, a reflash is not necessary. Just copy the apk to another location, decompile, change it, recompile and move it back to it's original directory. Reboot, then you'll see the modifications.

2 - if you have some lte/4g problem (without signal) just go to the "more" settings in the config menu under "Wireless & networks", and then click on "Internet settings" (thanks to@kennean for helping me with this stupid problem that was annoying me :highfive:

english only... you need to flash the .zip package with the system through recovery and flash the ftf with just the kernel with the flashtool, once that it's not possible to create just one zip with system and kernel without get a bootloop

Use the root Explorer app, hold in the file and select permissions, check the same boxes than the original file
