The circle lightning bolt symbol is the QuickCharge 2.0 symbol. So it should have the same functionality as HTC or any other QC 2.0 charger of the same V and W rating, etc.

Are you talking about the metal outlet prongs, that plug into your wall mains outlet? The top (Sony) pic you show is for European outlets. The one you just posted (HTC) is for US or Japan outlets. But those are not "Sony" or "HTC" prong styles; you should be able to find an HTC charger with Euro prongs (if that is what you need) or any other country/regional outlet style. Same goes with Sony and most other brands.
You should buy the prong style that matches the outlets in your local area. The internals of the charger are usually the same (take a range of input voltages, frequencies) and it just has different metal prongs based on the country/region.
Unless I'm misunderstanding your question?

I travel often and I tend to bring with me a heap of different devices, that often utilize USB to charge and therefore I decided to get this charger from Havit. Having a charger with 5 USB ports is super convenient compared to having 5 separate chargers to charge my phones, tablets and headphones.
It came in a quite stylish box made out of cardboard, and inside the box the charger and a power cord can be found. The power cord I got in this case was a british power cord, but I had to replace it due to that I’m in northern Europe.
The charger is made out of green plastic and is slightly rubberized, and it’s really small as well compared to other multi-port chargers I’ve used. It seems like Havit really have paid attention to the details, as this charger looks really nice.
The charger outputs a voltage of around 5.2V according to my XTAR USB power detector, and the amperage is at around 1,5A which is the max amperage on the Z3 Compact. I’ve measured it with many devices connected as well, and the voltage seems stable. The charger does not get hot while charging. There’s one thing that kind of annoys me a little bit is that my charger “coil whines”, but honestly it’s not very loud and it does not bother me a lot.

Quick Charge 2.0 doesn't require any special settings on the phone.
You're sure its a QC 2.0 charger? It should have the lightning bolt in a circle symbol (like in the picture you attached) or otherwise indicate "Quick Charge 2.0" somewhere on the charger.

Did you get the charger from a reputable vendor; or is there any chance its counterfeit?
Or it may just be defective. Try it with another QC 2.0 capable phone, if possible. Or you may just try to return/exchange with the vendor.

Hello.
What is the smallest QC3.0 (or even better 4.0) charger in the market?
Most chargers are too big. And if you disassemble them you can see they are almost empty inside, they could make something more compact. (Though I understand there could be some thermal limitations).
Most chargers are like this one or larger (or with several USB ports).

I would like to get an EU charger without the USB port, just the cable inserted on the charger, like the old ones but QC3.0.

The Moto G60 supports QC4.0+, so should it not support a 27W Motorola charger available in the G7 Plus for faster charging speeds(other than the in-box 20W charger)?

Yes I have 32w charger. I would like to know if the charging will be faster for Moto g60 than using 20w charger
I tried oneplus 65w charger and the phone doesn't recognize it as turbopower or as quick charge of any kind, I also tried QC 3 of Huawei but the phone didn't still recognise it.
Best way to see at how many watts its charging is by buying a usb c cable with a built in wattmeter scree. One of my friend has one on its way and if I get my hands on it I will try to see if it charges over 20W.
Hello
Charge speed wont exceed 16W tested with a xiaomi 33W charger, also tested with original charger with same result.
