Only whitelisted device by bbm are able to use this app. This apk is of no use until it is officially released by bbm.

i thought u had to use the rim service to be able to send bbm via android?? so in that case a bb plan need to be registered to connect to the server from your mobile number.

There is no best rom. Not even for battery. It depends on the kernel for a big part anyway.

None. All are great. Just try them and see. But if I have to make a suggestion: I get around 3 hours screen on time with vanir and its tweaked stock kernel. Maybe try that first ?

As of right now that would probably prove difficult as there hasn't been a developer leak from Samsung with it yet. All the drivers for the hardware probably would not be compatible.
I doubt you would see one until there is an international one to work from.

Why don't you just wait? The GS4 is a also a GPE device. We'll have it soon enough instead of requestion devs to waste time porting something over that will come officially in a few months.
