F240K Return to stock low battery

Hello i would like return to stock rom (f240k).
But Lg support mobile tool refuse because the battery is "low". I have 99%. I tried to change with my 2nd battery but same problem.
Can you help me please?

Easiest way is to get ahold of a copy of lg flash tool, and your phone's stock .tot file and reflash, plenty of tutorials out there

there is a tutorial for the LG-E980 I have the same problem of low battery

Hello...I'm wondering if you ever solved your flashing problem because I have the same problem where it always says low batter even though the battery is fully charged...please help and thanks

I've been looking for a way to flash my phone..
i have the same problem but my g pro is e988. i can't find .tot file for my phone. please help.

low battery problem too.

Use the flash tool to put your phone in a download mode and install the kdz file.

I have LG f240k....i tried to install updates over wifi but the message appear this device found suspected during rooting and this update is not for rooted device, i root the device and then unroot it and tried to update it gain but failed again,help will be highly appreciated

Hi there i want to upgrade to kitkat , but i am on custom rom
Can someone post one backup rom for the f240k so can i restore it via cwm and the unroot it and maybe i will recieve the update

[Q] How do I get the OTA Kit-Kat with a rooted v 4.1.2 ?

How do I get the OTA Kit-Kat with a rooted v 4.1.2 ? I have SuperSu for the Superuser app and see no option to do a temp unroot (if that will even work for the OTA update).
I have managed to stay out of trouble so far, the OTA update downloads and tries to install - then I get the error "Root suspected" during the beginning of the update process. I can just turn off and on and everything is fine. I would like KitKat, but I'm seeing so many threads saying the At&T Optimus G Pro (E980) with the 4.1.2 ROM is exempt from most of the tricks supplied here for this unit. I don't know how I managed to finally root it, I tried 5 methods then went back to the first one I tried that failed before and it worked the second time. I think it was a wrong ADB version running on my laptop.
Any tried and true methods to get KitKat for this beast and still have root? Thanks.

How do I flash the AT&T KK ? Is the official ROM here, or where is it downloaded to the phone so I can copy to SD card or PC?
Just to be sure we are on the same page, you are referring to LG Flashtools, correct?
Please take it easy on this newbie! I don't know all the acronyms, to me there is nothing quite simple about it!

@lambstone, that should be fine. In fact, flashing kdz or tot files is an easy way to return to stock. You just need to know the correct firmware version and should have your download mode working.
