I747m 4.1.2 Stock ROM?

So I am working on my own little ROM project for the i747m d2can, on android 4.1.1, and noticed a software update for the ROM.
I didn't download; but was wondering why I cant find any i747m 4.1.2 stock ROMs...
Any enlightenment would be handy.

If there's a update, probably on sammymobile.com? Just a guess though. Maybe with Kies as well

I went to sammymobile and the newest version for telus is 4.1.1... I'm very confused and was hoping to start cookin' up a 4.1.2 ROM.
Have you thought about porting the available 4.1.2 stock from sprint?

Id love to but my experience with porting is slim to none, also I almost bricked my phone flashing a port
Edit: has anyone with an i747m dared clicking update?

just to make things clear, everything is flashable!
but they don't guarantee brick-free!
and i9300 roms, ofc you can flash to your own risk, but a guaranteed brick! Hard brick in fact.

I looked but I am unsure of which method to use, as in what is the difference between the CF-auto root and the CASUAL. Also which version of twrp do i use?
I used Casual.
After rooting, install GooManager and have it install TWRP.

A question friends, before taking the last step
I have a Roger I747M with bootloader and modem I747MVLDMF1 with v5 version of MIUI android 4.2.2, now the next thing is, I can update the bootloader to the latest version and still use the rom I have?
It keeps the recovery TWR working?

How are you trying to install it? Did you go to the official MIUM website?
http://en.miui.com/download.html
Before installing custom ROMs, please do your research thoroughly and be sure you know what you're doing as there is no easier way to brick or backdoor your phone.

D2tmo on d2lte?

Can you flash a d2tmo rom on the i747 d2lte/d2att?
I am not 110% sure, it might be possible.
I figured, should I try porting?

depends on the Rom.......such as
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-att/development/rom-cyanide-l-v1-android-5-0-2-t2980174
CyanideL is compatible to both.
Not to mention some of the replies on this thread sounds like a bunch of kids, sorry to be rude.
Some ROMS are fine for either phone. You may be able to get a Tmo ROM to work on the ATT s3 if you flash the Tmo ROM and immediately flash a compatible i747 kernel. I do this with my ATT note 3.

Ported ROMs should work, just make sure whatever ROM you want to boot works with the dt2Lte. I am coming from the GS2 and just got a GS4 not long ago, so my knowledge of ROMs on the GS3 here is limited due to the fact that my GS3 is just stock rooted.

infamous last words to a flasher,lol.......That Rom is for the galaxy s3 neo......worst case scenario is you brick and I have bricked a few, its not easy to recover and some have never recovered their device.
VERY first thing you need to do is find out what bootloader, modem, recovery, etc. and find a Rom that meets the criteria of YOUR device. Post your info and I will shoot you a list of compatible Roms that I can verify works.
I hope I helped

I attached a screenshot of my device info.
being as you are on the latest NJ1 I can tell you from reading forums that you can run almost every 4.4.4 or 5.0.x Rom on the front page of..... http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-att/development
I am on NE4 and have ran every Rom on that page plus a bunch more. I cant tell you which ones I like more because they are all the same base, some have added features, but they are all great in their own way.

No I mean on the galaxy s3 an they support it but not the d2att variant of the galaxy s3 just the d2spr d2 vrw versions an I thought I heard their was something you can change on the update script to make it compatible with that art variant of the galaxy s3
Now I understand.
Weird because I see d2lte on the left but there is no ROM for it.
Unfortunately, I don't have the knowledge to help you port a ROM.
OK thanks
