Attention Your device has been unlocked to support any inserted UICC. - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6

I woke up to this, what does this mean?
I'm stock 5.1.1 and never tried to unlock it.

Based on what I have read, your phone has been unlocked for international use or to support transfer to another carrier. You might want to call Sprint and ask why this happened if you didn't request it.
It might also be an automatic thing related to roaming. But call Sprint and see.

Strange security pop up

I get this pop up every time I reboot and randomly through out the day. When I click "ok" it just takes me to the application manager with no other information. I am completely stock unrooted and lookout security doesn't find anything.
Any ideas?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is Knox. I was getting this a lot but it disappeared completely once I installed a knox-free rom.
A very simple search will provide a ton of threads about this.

We all want TWRP/CWM and custom ROMs, but unfortunately it's not possible: this phone comes with locked bootloader and there's no way to unlock it for now.

Question mark on home screen weather/clock app

Clicking on question mark brings up an error. Any way to get rid of it?

UICC unlocked randomly?

While playing far cry 4 I noticed in the corner of my eye that my phone was doing what looked like a profile update but said it was unlocking my UICC and then in a few seconds I get a message saying my "Sim is now unlocked". Could anyone explain?
Edit: ok I guess I should have googled first. Seems normal. Just strange it happened automatically. I never called them to have it unlocked. On my account it shows that my g4 is "DEMOLGLS991" which may have something to do with it. Either way before someone says something, yes I know this should have probably gone in the Q&A section [emoji14]

Service provider update?

Any ideas what service provider update is? Not the usual Samsung update I'm used to that says I have the latest version. Don't want any bloatware from my carrier.
