I have problem with my HTC one M8, i was update my HTC to lollipop and lost my Wifi, in some forum i was recommended to install another room, but after doing that my phone restarts and remains in the logo of HTC, I can do?
Go to your recovery (if you have a custom one) and do a factory reset and reflash the rom

You lost wifi because you updated your ROM without updating your firmware. The only way another ROM will help is if it based on 4.4.4, or whatever firmware you are currently running.

Hello,
yesterday i bought htc desire and tried to unlock. I update drivers and adb.
After i enter HTC_Desire_Unlock_v0.9.5 cmd display error 13a adbreadendpointsync returned error 31 and after that display that he found devices and done. I tried so many times but my phone display network locked.
What i have to do? To try on other computer? I am confused with a lot of tutorial about driver update...
I just used unrevoked done it very well

firstly, what are you trying to achieve?
the HTC_Desire_Unlock_v0.9.5 is to sim unlock the phone, so you can use it on any mobile network. follow the instructions and search in that thread, or ask there if you still can't work it out.
unrevoked tries to root the phone, which is entirely different and has nothing to do with sim unlock (although you could have just tried google to search for it yourself ...)

i wanted to unlock. But problem is that i cant.. it display network locked ..i follow rules normally

i use http://revolutionary.io/ to s-off and tried v0.9.4 and now is ok

So there is this thread here which simonsickle posted a stock splash screen without the powered by android. I also found this which not sure if it will work on mine. I remember the m7 splash screen I don't think it mattered what version you had as long as your were s-off you could flash the zip on any variant. I have a .zip of my favorite splash screen for my m7. What would be the best way to apply the same zip to the m8? I haven't seen much info about splashing splashes on this phone, so just wondering if anyone has yet. I am s-off ready to go I just don't wanna mess anything up.

Ask someone who can create splash screens or maybe take the program to create yourself one and take the one from m7 .... Because I wouldn't risk to try a zip from the m7 on the m8 therefore better ask someone or try yourself to convert

I can't get my HTC one M8 to upgrade to the Android update, I get update available constantly,
then I download it, and hit install the phone reboots and installs a little part and then this message appears
"/system/lib/libspeexwrapper.so" has unexpected contents Instalation aborted
And a red triangle shows in screen and game over, tried everything factory reset cleared the updater app
So I am out of options and have to bring the phone in, for a repair which is weird because all works fine further
It's a standard not modded phone, does anyone has or heared about this problem?
Did you in any way change anything on your M8!? Or have you always been full Stock?

No it has always been stock and only applications from the Android market installed on it
Wired as the error is telling that something regarding
"/system/lib/libspeexwrapper.so" has been changed, meaning this file isn't fully stock any longer.

What does the phone say in bootloader: LOCKED, UNLOCKED, or RELOCKED?
S-on or S-off?
Does it say anything about software modified?
What CID?

I've got a small problem with my 820,
A few months ago I rooted my phone and flashed a custom recovery (TWRP), but since the new Android Marshmallow update I wanted to go back to like it came out of the factory. So, I removed TWRP and flashed the orginal recovery file from xda. The phone works fine now. but it won't update. Everytime I download the update & reboot the phone, it only boots in bootloader. And no matter what I select in bootloader(also the factory reset option), it instantly reboots in bootloader. Only with the option "check SmartSD" It boots back into the system, but it won't install the update. I also don't know what to do about the following notifications in Bootloader: "software status: modified" & "relocked" instead of "locked". I just want it to go back to stock so I can install the new update like anyone else. Anybody who can help me out? Thanks in advance!

So after a few trys my htc stuck now on the - HTC POWERED BY ANDROID - screen and i cant do ****.

Just boot into twrp and reflash it. If you can't get into twrp boot into the bootloader and load the 6.0 ruu
