Hi everyone.
First of all, i apologize for my bad bad english, so please didn't take care of it.
Yesterday, after months of freeze, fake call, etc..., i've decided to flash a custom rom on my p1.
No problems during rom flash (Spanorg cm 11), it restart and after inserting PIN, i see that signal is low, almost no signal.
Thinking that might be a problem with that rom, i flash other roms, all with the same problem after installation.
i tried to return to a stock rom, but the problem persist!
i'm tired, after spending 3 nights trying to solve, i've decided to write to you, hope that someone know the cause.
thank for reading all, i wait for your answers!
Bye

Hi guys, newby here.
First of all thanks for all the work you all put in to (help) develop roms for this rare but wonderful phone.
I've had mine for a few months and realy enjoy it being so big
From the start I had trouble with wifi so when I found there was an upgrade I could do, I did. I went from B221 to B907 and indeed, it was better. But It still wasn't as care free as I expect and want it to be. It still keeps being disconnected every now and then, requiring to restart wifi, sometimes for every page reload in a browser, or for each new app I browse in the play store...
I already asked in Q&A if I should wipe more of the phone before installing, here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/huawei-ascend-mate-custom-roms-wifi-t2894885
But is there a difference in wifi quality in the roms that are available?
I have tried CM, pacman and HYD52, from this forum and B930 stock. I would give slim rom a go too.
Hello guys
Since few days, my LG G3 D855 loses signal everytime. After 5-10 minutes that it is turned on, it just doesn't receive any signal or it doesn't read my sim card. Sometimes it restarts continuously too saying it needs a working sim card.
I've this smartphone since an year and half and this is the first time I have this issue. I had CloudyG3 2.5. I tried to install a Marshmallow ROM and also a Lollipop stock rom with the same problem. I tried to flash few radios zips from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/radio-modem-lg-g3-t3110376 . It just works 10 minutes and then nothing. I performed a full-wipe from TWRP everytime I changed ROM. I tried a different SIM card but the issue happens identically.
Unfortunately I'm not an advanced user and maybe I'm doing something wrong so I really need your help guys. Due to that, I can't use this smartphone anymore.
Thank you
Take a look here :http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/disappeared-lte-firmware-t3286685 and especially on post #8 and #10. This are mine problems and the solution that helped me. Hope you fix your problem as i fixed mine. I am using marshmallow and hybrid modem and that fixes my problem that is identical to yours i think. Cheers.

I readed that topic but I'm a bit confused about the steps you've done
You flashed a Marshmallow rom with LG-D85530B-Flashable.Modem.RPM.TZ-AutoHybrid.zip this radio? And then you deleted LTEconfigs from system/apps ?
Yeap... But i tried to change my kernel and the problem started again... So its nit modem related problem but kernel and i dont know why...

Hello everyone, so I'm having a hard time with my G3, I do not know if I was drawn .. or it could be something else, plus the fact and that, I got a LG G3 recently, and since then I'm trying to install a custom room other than Stock, so I'm having an error, after I install any room, my device is in bootloop, I reinstalled the factory system, via KDZ, I practically tested all that are possible to perform root access, but without success, the only ROM I can install and Tekcafe, that at some point, time restarts the device, or heats the same one more than normal.
I did a very intense search, and I could not find a probable cause for this problem. I ask for your help.
current device information
this is with Tekcafe 5.5, the wifi and bluetooth does not work, (I believe it is a physical problem) battery is not problem, I did not notice any other error that could cause such problem.
Remembering, I tried to change the file extension from ext4 to f2fs, even without success.
I tried installing lineage the 15, Crdroid, and ..
I am very grateful if anyone can help me with this problem.:crying::crying::crying::crying:
Hello guys, this thread is for you all to share your experience of dealing with your LG G3 problems, including software or hardware
Whether the problem is critical or not, or even just a tip, they're all welcome!
You can post your ideas now, they can help many people!
If you think your phone with stock rom is glitchy or reboots and hangs randomly, this can help!
Solution
First, boot to recovery and factory reset your phone.
Second, boot back to os, then SET THE DATE TO 2014, and about the date when LG g3 was released.
Do not connect the phone to the internet or do not let the phone knows the current time and date.
Third, please root and install a custom rom ASAP, like lineageOs, NOT stock rom based.
What is planned obsolescence? And why it's related to these problems?
Planned Obsolescence is extremely prevalent in smartphones. Phone companies such as LG, wanted their customers to stop using their phones after warranties, and buy a new phone so they can earn more interest. Therefore they embed software "time bomb" in android phones(usually embed in the stock ROM)These were counting down to the right time after a few weeks of warranty, then your phone would start doing "suicide"(causing problems and damaging itself) resulting lag, freezes, random reboot, bootloops, and even bricked at last.
In the solution, it intercepted that "time bomb", so it will think the phone is still in warranty and stop causing problems to your phone.
This solution can also WORK ON OTHER devices.
Before my stock rom android 4.4 LG G3 F400S had a constant reboot, so I reset it, set the date to 2014/9/12, and installed lineage os 18.1 on it. Everything works again, or even better.
Please share this to everyone, I bet this can help many people and most of them don't know it. Thx
