S finder/ Quick connect/center clock - Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am running notarized stable 2, of 5 and on Sprint Note 4. Lollipop version 5.0.1. Running Nova Launcher.
What is the best way to remove S finder and Quick Connect, and move clock to center?
I searched google and this forum, among others. But I am unsure because the work around is for different phones. I seek clarification.
One way is to alter build. Prop file and set last 3 letters to VZW (verizon).
The other way is using xposed installer and install framework then wanam.
I appreciate any assistance that you can give me.

Install xposed and wanam and you should be able to configure what you want.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried to run xpose installer version (2.6.1 stable) . It gave me an error and said it is not compatible with my version. The install button is greyed out. It says xposed is not yet compatible with Android sdk version 2.1 or greater, or not compatible with my processor architecture armeabi-v7a.

[Q] Dual-pane layout for Android 5.x?

Though I've already sold my own N7 2013, I'd still put this thread here because this is one of the most popular tabs around here
So, as the title says, I'm thinking if it's possible to force the classic dual-pane layout in Android 5.x... Like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It's already a shame Google removed Tablet UI in 4.4, yet in 5.x dual-pane is gone even for 10-inch tablets.
Back in Android 4.x, this can be done by decompiling framework-res (I used APKChanger back then, which has apktool 1.5.3 integrated), editing a bool value, saving and recompiling. I actually attempted this for 5.x too, but since apktool 1.5.3 doesn't support Android 5.x, I'm forced to use a bare apktool 2.0.x jar, which I am not so familiar with. I did all the steps just like what I'd do under 4.4, and all that welcomes me is a boot loop...
So, 1) is this even possible at all?
If yes, then 2) is there an easier way of doing this (e.g. an Xposed module)?
And 3) what could I have done wrong with my steps of using apktool - any alternatives?
Thanks in advance!

[HELP/URGENT] Xposed Installed but Doesn't Read

I installed Framework using Flashfire. I already flashed the latest one which is
"xposed-v84-sdk22-arm.zip"
and downloaded at
"dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk22/arm/". I flashed it successfully and its automacally rebooted.
Then when I open XPosed then go to Framework, there's still a red text saying I didn't installed it yet and also in Modules tab, it says framework not yet installed.
See screenshots below for further understanding.

Android Version is 5.1.
Thanks in Advance for those who replied and helped.
It sounds like installation won't work with FlashFire. Try using the latest TWRP for your device.
Haveing same issue with my tablet. There is a FlashFire log on you internal sdcard FlashFire/last log . Scroll to the bottom and read error. Most likely can't mount /system as rw
EDIT: disregard. i have success. just needed to remember to turn adb on, and i also unchecked the option in flashfire to have flashfire remount /system (hope this helps the next person)
I keep having issues trying to download framework it says it is not comparable with android SDK version 23 or your process architecture... How can I fix this?? I have an xt1526 BL unlocked rooted with aokp custom ROM

Problems

I can't install the framework
Congrats, perhaps give 1% and provide everyone a bit more information. Like what "can't install" means, logs, but version, phone-type, ROM, and so so so much more.
Significant lag in SGS3
I noticed a significant lag in my s3 SHV-E210K after installing the xposed framework. However it gets fixed after uninstalling the framework.

Sounds like you should start your own thread as this has, as far as I see, nothing to do with the original post

After I installed the marshmallow BL CP files through Odin in order to get an s7 ROM on my s5, it suddenly stopped working. The ROM had build in Closed, but I decided to switch back to CM13. This is what it shows:

@gitfib I fixed it by reinstalling the ROM kernel and framework. Perhaps it was just a thing with the new BL... C: anyways thanks for replying haha (even tho I was aware of the marshmallow framework c

Finally, we have xposed for nougat, and even better, for miuihttps://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-6/themes/xposed-nougat-t3656649!
obviously the layer of miui on android differs from the stock, but some parts remain intact, make the xposed, useful!
you recommend some module? or any option of them?
for the moment I have active:
All My... (90%works)
App Settings (works)
GravityBox [N] (10%works)
NSFW Gboard (works)
I will read and try to answer any comments or questions!
hello,this amazing,can you give me this xposed.zip?thank you very much
it is so cool.
i have found this file.
also thanks
please forgive my English,itis so bad
How did you get this working on mi6? I can't get xposed to run without disabling resource hooks in settings or it just gets stuck in boot, all versions, all roms.. nothing works, some modules really need that setting.

The last version where xposed is working fully is 7.9.14. After that, it only works when you disable resource hooking. This issue only exists on Snapdragon 835 MIUI devices tough. The only thing you can do is hope and follow this issue thread on GitHub: https://github.com/rovo89/XposedBridge/issues/198

This app seems to require Android 5.0 and up.
If your device currently has Android 4.4.2, it cannot be installed.
Likely your only option is to install a custom Rom Like CyanogenMod 13, if possible.
Thanks, Can you guide me how to install and what to do?
