What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn't AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy JB. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has GAPPS, custom dpi & xposed persistance in between dirty flashes
Feel free to use ANY 4.4.4 GAPPS packages.

couple of screenshots.

This rom is a monster, so many options to customize and tweak it and it may took some hours to figure out everything. :good: Thx!
I don't know if i just didn't find it yet, or if it is just not possible to add some more tiles on the quick settings panel.
Second, i enabled force high end graphics but the status bar stays black and doesn't change to transparent. DSB is not working too. Is this a known bug and/or can anybody confirm this?

Its not this problem, I'm not remember where in AICP this option is but this is enabled Navigation Ring, you should disable it and turn on phone again.

It is not ROM issue I think. ART activation is susceptible to separate apps. Like Xposed and others... Maybe due to this.

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

Everything working that you know of? NFC, mainly. I use it quite a bit and it seems many of the CM based sw packages share this common bug.

I can't believe you guys.. Everyone is *****ing about camera... But no one of you can't provide logcat....
Just install SysLog from Playstore and grab a logcat.. It will cost only 3 (three) taps... Less than effort to type that your camera doesn't work...

Touchwiz UI on AOSP based custom ROM?? Interesting.... How can you expect sammy stock UI on AOSP?
As far as I know, S-Pen functions are fine - you may need some 3rd party apps from Playstore...
Don't have any clue about scrapbook or TW UI...

well, I'll try it. The only thing I dont like about 5.1.1 or 5.1 is only few modules work. I had to revert back to 5.0.2 because of modules

I will be able to try it tmrw afternoon, ill report back asap xt1068 here!

wow , xt1068 here, booted up, setup 100% working, no fcs so far, note to everyone, dont try flash a cm12.1 kernel, it wont boot

bugs
- adding toggles that have no icons to the notification drawer cause an infinite systemui fc
- icons in status bar are super small (system ui related)
- setup wizard relaunch (unknown, probably system ui again)

I guess opening just one thread wasn't enough...

apologies for the huge amount of duplicate threads this morning. there was some issue while submitting threads but now the duplicate threads have been deleted and this thread has been edited.
Lets give it a new start.

It's okay guys, it(multiple threads) surely be by mistake, most probably due to XDA bug where some people aren't able to see the posts or threads they made, which makes them to repost, but all of a sudden boom, all appear at a time. By the way I tried the initial build, which was smooth, there were very few minor bugs(which I reported to OP along with few people who tested it), I guess they were addressed on the subsequent builds(although I didn't try the subsequent builds).

vpn tethering works on your rom ?? in every oreo rom even official zui i use http injector+blackline toolbox but when i tether the conecttion on my pc a lot of webpages does not load any idea i wanna android oreo but im nougat for this cause any idea how to fix vpn tethering in oreo ??

Hi @subh_028, does this rom has the apple earpod incompatibility (mic not working While making calls....) ? I see that bug in roms like aex,pixel experience and jaguar.... Please confirm if this rom also has that.....
