Right now I have a huge amzer case on mine. I have a couple other tpu cases but, my hands get sweaty this time of month and they get disgusting and slippery. I was wondering if a bumper case+ carbon fiber skin on the back would be enough protection? I already have a tempered glass protector on the front

90% of the time when I drop my phone, it lands on a corner or side, ergo the bumpers usability. The glass screen protectors will protect against scratches from sand, but not much force. Honestly I like having the back so that the lens doesn't get scratched when I put the phone down on a table.

You can try to search for Devilcase in Facebook. I can't post any links yet but feel free to search it. They offer a lot of stuffs for Asus Zenfone 2. They have , TG, Camera Lens Protector, Bumper Case and more.
In the end i settled for http://www.amazon.com/ZenFone-COVRWARE®-Kickstand-Shockproof-Protection/dp/B0129C3HJC perfect mix of size and protection imo

I bought the Spigen Curved Glass screen protector, and I absolutely love the fit. I have zero bubbles anywhere on my screen and everything is laying flat. However, the case I have keeps making the sides of the screen protector come up. Here is the case I have now (which I freaking love):
http://tpu-cases.com/index.php?main...id=275&zenid=1bb0920acd2cedd0634ccf906fa15569
Is there anyone else that has this screen protector and can recommend a case that doesn't make the sides of the protector come up?

I use the Spigen curved crystal screen protector also. Here are the cases that I have that work without peeling the edges up:
UAG
Element Eclipse
Spigen Modello - tpu

Thanks for your response! The UAG is nice, but too bulky. The Element Eclipse looks amazing, but I'll pay $65 for a case the same day I win a lottery. As for Spigen, I don't see a Modello for the SGS3, but I don't like any of their cases. I'd get a flip cover case, but the ones I've seen have no protection for the top or bottom of the phone.
I do very much appreciate your feedback, I'm just hoping for a case that I like and that works with this protector.
The Rock Quicksand has been great for me.

FYI, I decided to try the Seidio Surface case, thinking that if I could slide the case on it wouldn't be a problem. Fail. Totally pulls the sides of the protector up. Unless I can find a similar, minimalist case that will work with this screen protector, I'll have to just get a different protector.
A little old, but all the cases in on my crappy blog worked fine with the Curved Glass.
Including all metal bumpers.

Searching through threads I couldn't find a clear answer on this. Are any of the tempered glass screen protectors oleophobic? My OPO is a fingerprint magnet right now.

Go for Nillkin, I have used it in other mobile and it is the best.
I've been looking at that one and I think i'm just about sold. Any idea how it will fit with a TPU case? I assume that will stop the edges from getting chipped, which was the only big complaint I saw.
I am using nillkin. Recommended

I'm using a nillkin and diztronic ultra tpu case and it looks great!
you can also buy a thing of oleophobic fluid. it works, and works well. it takes around ten drops, twice, to do it. so the little bottle goes a long way.

Got mine in a Tudia cygen case with nillkin and it's great. You still see fingerprints but I do find them much less than without the protector. Too bad my son dropped it today and cracked it at the top so I'll try a generic tempered glass protector and see the difference.
Phantom Glass makes one (Part: PGS-ONEPLUSONE)
Expensive ordering direct (why are most of these companies like this?).
Lifetime warranty so I guess that's what you're paying for, along with said coating.

Get any generic tempered glass, haven't seen any without oleophobic coating, you can get it as cheap as +3 $ buying some expensive as 15 - 20 $ is just silly...
The nilkin tempered glass is a must have..! Buy it and you won't regret it!
I had Nilkin but I guess wasn't clean enough and kinda screwed it up. Bought an Orzly next and it fit perfectly, even better than the Nilkin in my opinion.
Ultimate shield
If u want an oleophobic tempered glass, ultimate shield must be your choice,
is very clean and clear, and save me lot of time.
Comment above is correct. I got a Nillkin 9H and it has a coating too. I see water drops sliding back and forth with no traces left on the glass plus when you use it it does gather fingerprints however once put inside the pocket and taken out, fingerprints go away when the phone rubs against the pocket lining. I would say don't go with ultra thin ones go with a regular thickness and middle of the ground for 8-9 dollars. I got a Nillkin with Tudia TPU and its fits, feels and looks perfect.
I ended up going with the Nillkin and i'm quite happy with it. The instructions were hilariously bad, but I got it installed fairly painlessly. Thanks for the suggestions.
Hello! Nillkin is already up to date with glass and case, just let know:
Frosted shield case:
http://nillkin.org/smartphones-acce...-9-accessories/nillkin-huawei-honor-9-frosted
H glass (0.33mm, flat edges)
http://nillkin.org/smartphones-acce...-honor-9-accessories/nillkin-huawei-honor-9-h
H+ Pro glass (0.2mm, 2.5D edges)
http://nillkin.org/smartphones-acce...or-9-accessories/nillkin-huawei-honor-9-h-pro
Bought h+ pro. Review as received
Any news on the screen protectors? Is there any edge-to-edge apart those with adhesive only on the frame?
Yeah, this glass is a piece of sh*t. Don't buy it. Got it last week and it's not anywhere close to edge-to-edge, you will have a 2mm gap on each side and it doesn't cover the whole display. Save your money and order a Nillkin which should be exactly the size of the screen. I've ordered it online and the same day returned it in Olomouc.
The one in the first post, the H+ on Ali.
Yes, it is, but it should be worth the waiting. And I've ordered it a week before Honor 9 was available in EU, so it should be here this week.
Man you just got the one I've returned, the man in Olomouc wrote the Honor 9 on the top, lol.
I have ordered

And

Reviews coming soon...
Just got this case http://nillkin.org/smartphones-accessories/huawei-phones-accessories/huawei-honor-9-accessories/nillkin-huawei-honor-9-frosted and this protective film http://nillkin.org/smartphones-accessories/huawei-phones-accessories/huawei-honor-9-accessories/nillkin-huawei-honor-9-1 for free with the case; ordered on Ali.
Super Frosted case (black) - very nice case, really sturdy BUT I have few complaints - it's kinda slippery on the sides but this will go away after some use maybe and the bottom side around jack, charging port and speaker is a bit sharp and if you're holding the phone with the little finger on the bottom it't not really comfortable. Besides that it's really nice case for the price but I expected a bit more. But once again for the price it's more than OK.
Super Clear Protective Film - in terms of size the best screen protector I've had. Obviously it's not edge-to-edge but it does cover the whole display with gaps on the edges BUT the display is fully protected so thumbs up for me. In terms of "anti-fingerprint" it's nowhere close to the display or the back but is much better than some noname protector I've got with TPU case. Overall very nice screen protector for free but I'm still waiting for the Nillkin H+ tempered glass and some noname edge-to-edge tempered glass.
Once I get my hands on the H+ I will post the review.

Do I mean this Protective Film is enough scratch protection?
I have ordered the same, but I think it's not enough.
Should I bought the H+ and change it.
My order isn't delivered yet. I'm from Germany, the order comes from China.

Well scratch protection should be "good enough" but the plastic film will scratch very easily and H+ tempered glass should be much better as tempered glass is always more durable.

Than I sleep over, and buy the h+ one.

You're welcome. The plastic screen will get you through the time until the tempered glass is delivered and it's really nice but I always prefer tempered glass.
I have received my Nilkin super premium Glass Protector. It sucks. It doesn't even cover the whole screen area... I ordered a 1$ one from Aliexpress China which is EXACTLY the same. Same dimensions, same material, same packaging except the nilkin box... Really dissapointing.

Was same? Arc edges... in this situation is flat edges, Nillkin I was think Nillkin is serious company. Some another suggestion for glass? I thinking about some foil

Yeah got the same one with the so called arc edges. As Mentioned when you put it over the screen there is like a gap on each side of the screen left and right which it not covers. Looks and feels like cr*p
Haven't found any good glass one yet, tried cheapo ones from Aliexpress and now the expensive Nilkin one, they are literally all the same.
Could you post an actual photo on the phone please?
Yep, sure. No halo effect on the sides? What about oleophobic coating?
Anybody tried liquid protection?

Guys, don't you think that if "liquid protector" would be real thing all mobile phone manufacturers would already use it or sell it in their shops, branded and for a lot of money?
Do tempered glass for the back of OP7pro exist?
basically i don't want to get a case that blocks the nice nebula blue back of the phone.. at the same time, clear TPU cases are a bit chunky for my liking (unless someone can suggest an ultra thin clear TPU case)
I'm thinking tempered glass back and find something like a clear TPU bumper that just goes around the phone.. and obv tempered glass for the screen
TIA!
Try a Skinomi full body protector. They are a rubbery type screen protector. It's the same vinyl that they use as paint/headlight protection on cars. They go on hazy, but are clear as glass about 24 hours later. They feel sort of "grippy" at first, but that also fades to a glass feeling after a couple of days.

i actually am looking for some 'grip' not like super grippy but not the smooth 'i'm gonna drop this $750 phone real quick' glass back that OP7pro has.. also, although that seems like a good protector, i would still prefer tempered glass as that seems to just be a soft TPU screen/back protector?
tempered glass would still save the glass back (hopefully) whilst not blocking the nebula blue
i came across this Olixar Ultra Thin case for OP7pro but i'm not sure if anyone's tried it (if it's thinner than the one that came with OP7pro)...also, it has the "Olixar" at the bottom back, not a fan of that.
I just ordered this:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/372681686834
I'm not sure on signal attenuation of the aluminium but from all the teardowns doesn't look like antennas are at the side so should be ok.
Hi to all
I have two temperate glass, Nillkin and Akcoo. My question is which one is better for protecting when phone fall?
1. Nillkin is placed by the edges of glass and and there remains a small space between the phone display and the protective glass.
2. Akcoo it adheres to the full width of the display on the phone.
So which one is better and is safe when phone fall?
I use Nilkin hard case and it is almost like a skin on your phone with zero protection. The in hand feel and look is amazing though.
I would suggest Spigen thin fit(slightly better edge protection) instead of Nilkin if you drop your phone rarely.
No idea about Akcoo.
