[Q] Loading T-Mo firmware on non-Tmo Note 3 for Wifi Calling - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Hi,
Has anyone ever tried loading the firmware from a T-Mobile Note 3 (N900T?) onto a non T-Mobile version (such as an N900W8) in order to get the wifi calling capability ? Perhaps something like loading the system.img from an N900T to gain just the T-Mobile custom Android, but keep the modem and etc appropriate for my phone. Don't particularly care about Knox status triggering...
Thanks

[Q] need some confirmation

Hey everyone! I have a basic question I would love to get imput on from the experts. I am close to pulling the trigger on getting an ATT Note II (sgh-i317) off of ebay. The plan is the get it working on Tmobile service. I think I have it all worked out, but would love to know if I am missing something important in my process. I would really appreciate any imput from you guys. I have experience with rooting and flashing custom roms, but am by know means close to an expert.
I plane to take the i317 and flash the 4.1.1 image so I can use the hidden menu to unlock my phone. Then I plan on flashing the Att mod to get the 3g/hspa+ working with my Tmobile service. This all seems very reasonable to do, but would love to know about any pitfalls I might encounter. Is this the straight forward technique it appears to be?
Next, I think I will really like to use the Wi-Fi calling available on the Tmobile service. So would like to either flash a custom rom (suggestions appreciated) that will allow the use of wi-fi calling on my sgh i317. I may just want to go all the way and flash the tmobile stock image. If I do that do I need to also change the kernal to tmobile, or is that also included in the stock recovery image?
You direction is much appreciated.

[Q] ATT 900A ROMS on the 900T

Just wondering if anyone has flashed any of the ATT roms on their T-Mobile device running on ATT network? Since the ATT phone has safe strap and there's some roms in the development section now. I was flirting with the idea of trying to flash the stock firmware to see if the modem would flash also but I wimped out as my phone has no warranty ATM. I'm mostly wondering about TMO phones that are on ATT network.
Flashed Knoxriad Vol. 1 and then the Wonderchild kernel right after and it boots and runs fine. Didn't check Knox or anything like that tho

[Q] How to enable wifi tethering for stock UCUEMJB 4.3?

I have been searching around for answers to my question for a few hours and have come up with nothing.
I originally flashed an older rom onto my phone in order to unlock it, then it did the OTA update to 4.3, following which I used CF auto root to successfully root it. Now this is what I have:
AT&T Galaxy S3
Android version 4.3
Baseband version I747UCUEMJB
Build Number JSS15J.I747UCUEMJB
SE Android Status Enforcing SEPF_SMSUNG-SGH-I747_4.3_0024
When I try to enable wifi tethering, either natively or through Portable Wifi Hotspot or other apps then I get the message that "Mobile data is not available or invalid SIM", neither of which is true. I have been able to get FoxFi/PDANet to work for bluetooth tethering, but not WiFi which I need for some of the devices I have with me.
I have seen that perhaps there are some modem/bootloader files that can be flashed over, but those seem to be specific to the leaked version of 4.3 , and I dont know if they would work for the UCUEMJB.
Is there any way I can do a simple mod to enable the wifi teathering? Would prefer to avoid flashing another rom bc Im traveling through Latin America and access to decent internet is a big issue (hence the need to tether).
Thanks!

Flash T-Mobile ROM to ATT S6 Edge + (Wifi Calling not working with ATT ROM)

Okay, so long story short, I have a SM-G928A I brought over from ATT to Tmobile. Before, I was running the 6.0 ATT Rom, and WIFI Calling would not enable, although I BELIEVE it was working. (I could see the symbol in the call status screen when I made a call.) You also need Wifi calling to use advanced messaging features. Yesterday I flashed the newest 7.0 ATT Rom to the phone, everything works fine, however Wifi calling still can't be enabled.
I read a couple places that even if I put the TMobile ROM on it, WIFI Calling still won't work. I need some advice. I really want this to work, however the phone is working fine besides that.
Right now I am on G928AUCU4EQC6.
I also read something about flashing a PIT file with the TMOBILE rom, but it was not clear at all, very confusing. I need some advice on what to do next.
Forgot also want to remain on Nougat.
How did you manage to flash ATT rom on it? i've been trying and keep getting "Secure check fail pit" Im on tmobile rom with Nougat 7.0

So, how was the flashing process because people told me that flashing the s6 series was not a good idea since it was not universal like the s7 series. Also, did volte work because that's what I mainly need to enable on my s6 edge which I'm taking from atnt to tmobile

Remove AT&T from Tab S4?

I just finished paying off my Galaxy Tab S4 (T837A), finished the unlock process, and now want to remove the AT&T link on it so I can use everything on it elsewhere. Specifically I'm wanting to get the stock android hotspot setup instead of being forced to do a weird workaround to bypass MyATT.
What is my best bet to do so? Rooting and flashing a custom ROM? Flashing different firmware?
It's been about 6 years since I've messed around with android systems, and I was hoping it would be as easy as ATT unlocking it and then getting access to all the base settings, but I'm not that lucky haha. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
You can try flashing T837V firmware, which is verizon version. Any function other than calling & sms works as it should.
