you cant write imei with out a cert so in short... no

If u have EFS Backup to you can restore.

After some attempts to install alternative firmware, the device shows "0" in both IMEI. How do I get the IMEI back in? My device has not received an operator signal, even though it recognizes the both sim cards.

When i tried to restore my IMEI, i can restore the IMEI number, but the MEID is different from the original, and its come from the qcn that i obtained, does anybody know how to edit the MEID in qcn file?

Nope
So after trying a gsi my imei went null. I used imei repair and i have both imei but meid is null. I dont have a qcn back so i was aondering if anyone could extract theirs and give it to me?
So... How is this to be done? I'm not sure what the qcn is, nor how to get it. But also, I'm a little worried; imei numbers are specific to each phone, so if I give you mine, is that going to replicate my imei to your phone?
