Hi, I have updated my phone via Kies and now Root has gone. I have Baseband Version I9505XXUAME2 on UK Three network. I tried to re-root it using the moto filed I used to root it when I got the phone. Anyone know why I can't re-root it? Or better yet how to re-root it?
Thanks

You my friend will have a shiny new BRICK if you stick around here in this forum.
This is the Tmobile T999 Galaxy S4 forum and anything you find here will cause
you a lot more harm than good. It looks like you have a Galaxy S4 9505 phone.
Why not go to the correct forum and try to get help there.
The link to the correct forum is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2162
There you can get real help.
Good luck!

Aha, I was wondering where to post. Thanks.
Hello,
I'm new to XDA and have a question. Couldn't find it that fast on the forums so made this new thread.
I own a Rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-9005 and it's on android 4.3
When I click on software update I get an error message due to the fact my phone is rooted. I'm wondering if it's possible to update to 4.4.2?
I don't care about losing my root because I will root again. Already tripped Knox to 0x1 so I'm fine with that aswell.
Thanks in advance,
Wess

There is a complete walk thru guide inside the development section. Should be good after following that.

Thanks for your fast answer. It isn't clear for me where to find the "development section". Could you give me a link? Otherwise I'll keep searching!

how are you accessing XDA? if on the phone you will have to go to devices, sm-n9005t and go to android development
if on the computer, just got to T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and you will see all of the sub sections
I wonder, is anyone making a custom rom for our Lite version of tab3 ? I kinda hate stock. Or is there any good and lagfree official firmware?
Thx,
It's a Lite Tab, and was just released !
So let it Lite before Devs get focused on (hope so...)

Man im kinda unsure just how to root and install twrp. Im familiar with odin been rooting the s4 , s3 and s2. However reading all the posts everyone keeps bricking the sm t110 trying to root. Seems like everything here is directed at the sm 210. Lol bout to just leave it stock bc im not seeing a reliable source for sm t110 anywhere. All links that talk about rooting ours go to the 210 version

Yeah I just got it. I'm not sure what everyone was doing wrong but everything worked fine. They had me worried the wrong tars were being circulated. I found your twrp on file host in a folder named t110 and I felt better. .. Well thanks. 1 last question can we use the roms for the 210 and 210r? Or just ones for t110
On the s4 our roms are interchangeable from international tmo att and Canadian. Figure its worth asking.
Just bought the tab3 2 hours ago. Lol I don't waste any time

I'm eagerly awaiting some new roms, the stock rom is stable, but as many have said, boring, and I am never satisfied with stock. so hopefully we'll see some soon. As I've probably said before, if you get your 110 stuck in a bootloop, just reflash stock firmware and reroot. I've done it about 4 times now and it's gotten pretty familiar

And yeah I had to flash stock the other day.
Performance and sys + dev tools are my bag.

an AOSP rom like Cyanogen or other stock android rom would be amazing and would probably speed up this tab by a mile.

Do not download anything from that site. Everything about that page looks suspicious, including the fake comments. The first comment mentions "runs great on my phone"????? No timestamps on the comments. The screenshot has a phone app icon. The download links are re-directs also.
Hey Guys,
As anyone tried the TWRP 2.8.x with KitKat 4.4.2 on a Galaxy tab 3 lite (T110) model? I`m wondering if ROMS are portable from 210 to 110...
Thanks!
Are there any aosp Roms being worked on for this device(SM-T110)? Or is it possible to port the other aosp Roms devices(210) to this one. How does the process go? And how can I myself build cyanogen for this device? Thanks.

Go to CM's website and use the built in installer.
Also you need to report your post so it can be moved to the sprint s3 area so you can get users familiar with your device to help you. This area is for the international i9300 and anything you flash or instructions you follow from here will brick your phone as you need to perform more steps first before you can get underway.

You should really update your phone OS and baseband as well as root.
