flo/dep are the hardware codenames.
flo = Nexus 7 2013 Wifi
deb = Nexus 7 2013 LTE

Root without unlock?

I know there was a way to root the 2012 nexus 7 with out unlocking but can't find anything about the 2013. It took over an hour for me to setup my n7 LTE and I hate the thought of doing it all over again.
