[Q] Network problem - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have problema with my 4g lte conectivity. My problem is when my Phone conected to 4g network I loose my signal. I tried use my sim in another Phone and its Ok. No problem with the network.
Please help.

I checked but I still no have 4g. I have 3g and 2g. But when the 4g conect I loose my signal. I have to put 2g-3g automatic.

Which SIM slot is BEST for 4G LTE?

Hi, I am traveling in the US and was wondering which SIM slot will work better with US GSM 4GLTE networks, SIM1 or 2? If it does make a difference at all. Thanks

Doubt there is any difference but I would still use sim 1.

Thanks for the feedback. I have found out that whatever SIM you set to internet, that one will be 4G,the other one 3G

Thats correct, you can only run one sim in 4G mode. The other sim will always have a max of 3G.
