Does anyone know if the developer edition note 4 has its downloadbooster unblocked? I'm planning on buying it soon

That's a curious question. Why would download booster be blocked on a dev edition? Download booster is just an option on the phone that allows large files to be downloaded faster by using both Wifi and LTE networks at the same time. I wouldn't imagine they would block it for any reason on the dev edition.
Are you perhaps wondering if the dev edition has an unlocked bootloader?
No I know the bootloader is unlocked it's that I heard Verizon hid download booster on note 4 as well , unless I was misinformed, so I was curious to know if dev edition would be the same

Download booster is not hidden on my Verizon retail version of the Note 4.

Back story - was trying to share a video with my friend over wifi direct instead of bluetooth for a change and noticed the is no settings for it. he has the HTC one X and the is a settings menu for him but non for us.
Am on AOKP if that helps but am surprised as I wasn't able to search for his device and the traditional wifi settings didn't have any options.
What do you think? And is there and app or a way to do it.

Nope, it states right in the release notes (under the about tab)

I did get the Modaco Google Wallet app hack working in the UK, was about to spend my free Google money any then, bugger, the app version no longer worked at all.
Does anyone know whether any new fix or hack has been made to a Google Wallet app, to make it work again in the UK?

Originally wanted the LTE version but don't care anymore considering the extra wait and it's about $118 more than the 32GB WIFI with Staples $30 off deal. I'll just continue to wireless tether off my Galaxy Note II or use public WIFI.
