Shipped Rom

so im guessing this is the official official? not the one that was already released?

I think it's the one that was already released, and in my opinion it's not the complete ROM, the USB tethering isn't active and there's no facebook app/widget.

I have a rom with test key before this. I tried renaming to update but I got an error when updating.

Oh also there is no facebook app or widget. it just download contact photo's and photo albums and you can update facebook or twitter status from your own contacts.

lol. one hd shaped brick coming up.... seriously, a senior member with over 2,500 posts tells you not to flash it to your HD cos you'll brick your phone and you go ahead and do it anyway? you are going to spend a lot of tim unbricking handsets with people laughing at you....

Seconded. still amazes me how many noobs go ahead and flash stuff without reading first....i still remember my first flash back on the magician....spent days reading up on it first so that i thought i could do it without bricking my precious new toy!

go look in the dream forums under android dev then click jachero 2.5 notice it is built from leaked WWE build any variation of hero on almost all the roms in the dream forum are running the wwe leaked build

well would this work on the g1 cuz i downloaded it n i dont noe if i should downgrade or upgrade to a rc becuz i have the cynogenmod(i think i spelled it wrong) on my phone n i was jst wondering if i can i jst got frm the one i got to this one

Download an already ported her rom, JAC hero for example. Flash the SPL (as long as you have the new radio) and then flash the rom...

[Q] HTC One X Camera NOT WORKING - Need Urgent Help

Hey guys basically i've brought a HTC One X and i go on to the camera app and its just a black screen but all the option are still there i dont know what to do, could it be the rom or?!

Probably dodgy hardware. Have you tried switching to front camera to see if that one works. It will narrow it down if it does

I got the same problem. Just got this set 2 weeks ago. the screen also flickers.
How can we be sure that its china fake???
It does says clearly made in china.

What ROM are you running ? did you modify anything ? or is it a problem since you bought the phone ?

Rear camera not working after some app installation
Hi, I am also facing similar kind of problem.
I was using the phone cam without any problem but one fine day I installed some from the market which used cam and it was not much of use to me so installed in there and then only. but after that it seems that particular app has got some cam driver uninstalled along with it.
Now when i try to open the camera, my front camera gets opened without an option to switch to back cam.
Also the LED light (flash) is also not working. I tried installed torch app but it also has the feature disabled.
I have done a hard reset and soft reset.
I am on stock rom of 2.2 and android 4.0.2
Pls help !!!!!

you can provide the link for yourself by looking,.. "because you are senior and know well" is no excuse...doesn't matter how senior any user is, you always have the ability to search :laugh:
before just flashing the first rom that someone suggests, i recommend slowing down...do you know why you even want 2.3.7 over 2.3.3, and do you even know any differences? if you want a custom rom, try a few and see for yourself what you like.
guidance for everything is found by searching, but i'll start you off here

First of all, some more information is needed:
- are you GSM or CDMA?
- is your Bootloader unlocked?
- are you rooted?
- which Rom?
- which Kernel

I use GSM and I haven't unlocked the bootlander neither had I rooted my mobile...I use Ice Cream Sandwich stock rom and kernel thanks fr ur reply

I'm really sorry, but, that's the way hov is working if you didn't do anything to improve it...
If it will bother you too much, and if you know at least basics, you can easily unlock, root, put another rom, mods... and you'll have "a new phone". Until that steps, you'll have to be with what you have... Sorry...
You can find a lot of tutorials on XDA, read them first, then, if you will decide, try them... Not necessary mine...

From what you wrote, one would have to suggest that you send it in for warranty repair

Try to do a factory reset. That can help.
But for most of the part, this problem cannot be fixed.
You can even try some other ROM and see if the problem persists.
