No, the Epic 4G isn't LTE and isnt GSM Either, and seeing how you said white Epic 4G you probably meant the White Galaxy s2(Epic 4G Touch) ET4G, which means your in the wrong forum all together.
Hello,
I have Samsung Galaxy S II 4G for T-Mobile and I want to get it unlocked since I am travelling to India. I did check the list at http://unlockliberty.com for their unlock code. I was not able to find Samsung Galaxy S II 4G in that list. Can I select Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE and get the same unlock code? In case Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE is not correct, then which phone in that list can I select which is similar to Samsung Galaxy S II 4G for T-Mobile for unlocking?
Thanks so much.
SGSII Hercules (T989) is the TMobile/Telus version. They both have hspa+ radios which is not really 4G.
No they are not the same. LTE is a completely different type of hardware/software used to produce a signal from the towers. Best bet is to call Samsung or Tmobile (if you still use them) to produce the code for you. I used to work in tech support for T Mobile and the unlock code only takes about 24 hours to get to you. At least it never took any longer then that when I was working there. Good luck to you thought
Can the G3 toggle 4G and 3G on the Verizon version? I know the killed that ability on my Galaxy S3 and it seems they did on the S5 as well.
Is there a way to add phone capabilities to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (T-Mobile 4G LTE model?) I used to have a Sprint HTC View and I was able to make and receive phone calls using a bluetooth headset. Looking for similar approach but for the Galaxy Tab 3....
