Hello everybody !!!
Please sorry but I don't speak English very well and please sorry if I posted this in the wrong place
Today I have received my new HTC One X+ (Plus) s728e International Version and I tried to root it following this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1994961
Is clear that I done something wrong.
At this time my new mobile it's dead.
The screen only show:
CWM-based recovery v6.0.2.7
- reboot system now
- install zip from sdcard
- install zip from sideload
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- back up and restore
- mounts and storage
- advanced
I can't turned off and this screen apears all times
I have no experience in these things and it occurred to me for stupid. if any of you have any information or recommendation I appreciate it.
I don't know if I have to give it up for dead or if I can charge back the original ROM.
All information must be grateful.
Many thanks.

Hi Friends,
Please help me with this asap....
I was on stock rooted recovery and installed Omega rom 16 on my phone. somewhere in the month of May.
Everything was working fine. Then today installed the V17 of the Omega rom.. All is well.
Heard about the simplistic framework and tried to install that using the Odin, my biggest mistake....
Got a boot loop, hence downloaded the latest stock pre-rooted rom from DR Ketan's thread. Installed it with re-partition unticked, autoreboot ticked. Installation went fine and reached the main desktop. I was connected to Wifi and hence did not realize that the phone connection was not on.... Later I switched off my wifi and got the shock of my life... the IMEI was not correct and it showed 004999010640000 in the IMEI number.
I had backed up the EFS earlier but was on phone disc and when I installed the pre-rooted rom, it was deleted. Please help. I have tried the instructions on the following thread but did not help me..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1264021
Please help guys.. I am completely lost. Thanks.
Oh yes, now I get some wierd numbers on my screen, attached screen shot.
Guys Please help.... I will be really grateful to you guys...
I don't remember now but there is one thread for repairing efs partition if it is corrupted (I think it is s3 thread), but if it is wiped out then I think you need efs backup.

I faced the same issue yesterday but luckily had an efs backup. Without it I don't think anything can be done. Probably a visit to the service center might help !

yesterday a had a problem with imei as well...
I was completely stock zto (brazil) and wanted to install the new DMF6 malaysia rom (stock)
Did install it, but didn't like.
When I installed the original rom the imei had been changed to 04... and it didn't let me connect to my carrier.
I installed the malaysia again and voilà, all working again.
Rooted and backup my efs. Did it with Solid Explorer too.
Don't know if I can restore in my previous rom, but I changed the CSC and it's all working good so far.
Guys an update ... I was able to get myself out of the Factory mode by changing certain files in the EFS folder, though IMEI is still the same 004. Please help.

If you had efs backup and deleted, try undeleting using apps like
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wsMSwxLDEwOSwiZmFocmJvdC5hcHBzLnVuZGVsZXRlIl0.
or
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.defianttech.diskdigger&feature=also_installed
or
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...iY29tLmhleGFtb2IuaGV4YW1vYnJlY292ZXJ5bGl0ZSJd
or any similar app. I have never tried but these apps claim that they can recover even on formatted disc of phone memory or sd card. You can definitely recover deleted files (even if formatted) on a computer but like I said I never tried on phone. Worth trying before going to service centre.
All the best
ok, talked to you in facebook...
but will say here too...
i'm using the N7100XXDMF2 stock rom, rooted and CWM.
My n7100 came with another one, and I flashed this one, N7100XXDMF2, all ok, but if I try now to change, to a custom or stock, I lost my imei.
If I return to the N7100XXDMF2, all ok.
I've tried to backup but when I try to use the backup in other roms, it doesn't work, the imei remains 04something...
I've tried to backup and restore using the restore.bat file from here (xda) and the EFS pro method, with no luck in both.
If you or anyone else could help me, would be very nice.

yes, it does, but when I try to change I have the imei problem
Update...
I was able to recover my phone's IMEI by installing the older version of the ROM..
All the current roms that we get from Sam Mobile are only a single entity and hence you select PDA in ODIN.
what I downloaded is the 3 file rom and installed it with PIT. This automatically restored my phone's IMEI number. I installed the 4.1.1 rom (Europe edition) and then successfully upgraded to the latest firmware for INU.
Hope this helps others too.
Thank God . Happy for you

Any Root method? Recovery or Roms? I've browsed the entire internet and nothing about this phone
I'm sorry for the English, I do not speak that language and this is the first topic. So do not judge me.
As far as I know there is no known root method for the K10 Novo (K10 2017) yet.
I saw a tweet from 'SRSRoot' that claims they've found a method but as per usual there is no verification whether this program is actually safe or proof that it actually works...
I would assume that if it did it'd required an unlocked bootloader and manual install of a superuser app prior to attempting the method....
At this very moment I do not have my device with me but I am also willing to attempt the 'systemless root' method involving manually changing the boot.img and repacking with the same headers, as soon as I do have my device. Then again this'd probably also require an unlocked bootloader, so I'll have to manage doing that first.
I can safely say at this point there are no custom recoveries released yet and definitely no custom roms yet. Unless they reside in a hard to reach Chinese or Hindi or otherwise foreign forum that I cannot read / find, etc. I doubt there is any if there isn't even a solid root method yet anyhow.

Do you have your bootloader unlocked already?
If so, would you be willing to help me figure out a few things to possibly create a device tree for our device.
If we manage that we could possibly compile TWRP for the M250, which will open up more possibilities.

Hello, I also have a LG K10 NEW M250ds, and like the friends of the posts above, I also browsed the web trying to find some safe, or at least functional method of getting root access on this handset, without success. I look forward to someone finding means For this. This device is being acquired here in Brazil, but, I believe there are not many developers interested in doing something for this specific device. I look forward to some effective method to get root access. Thank you.
