Basically, did evenerything I could, rooting-wise.
s-off/android rev hd 43.0/lateest twrp. I was on 4.4.4 before, android revolution. And WiFi was working perctly.

Again I apologize for repost....

Most likely, yes.
You have a 4.4.4 radio, so your firmware is 4.4.4. And running a 5.0 based ROM with 4.4.4 firmware usually results in WiFi issues.
What OS version does it say in bootloader?

Hi! So, I bought this tablet a couple of weeks ago from one of the biggest electronics sellers in my country (SCAN Malta), and I haven't been able to update to the latest firmware (4.4 Kitkat, currently I'm on 4.3 JB). I tried to do this both OTA and through Kies, however I cannot seem to find information anywhere if there are some specific region models who have not received this update yet.
My tablet is an SM-P605 LTE edition (16gb) Wifi. My second question concerns the fact that I cannot seem to record videos at 60fps I am sure that I didn't get a counterfeit, but is there a way to check the genuinity of my purchase?
Hi there
What is the exact rom that it is currently on? What rom have you downloaded and tried to flash? You need to specify further details.

Thanks for the reply. I did not download any roms, I am trying to update normally without rooting and it's telling me that the latest updates/firmware has already been installed. As far as I'm aware kitkat is already out for this device through normal firmware updates.
My baseband version is P605xxubmj4

I can't get 60FPS either even after the KK update. Either it's not enabled in the ROM or it just doesn't exist on the P605.
If it's running 4.3 and you are awaiting 4.4.2 then you just have to wait until the rom is released in your country of residence. KK has not yet been released globally, peple such as myself have flashed the rom to have the latest OS.

Just bought this thing hoping I could put a custom rom on it came with 442 and I wish it was an older firmware so I can use a custom recovery for a new rom. Pissed...I would be happy with 4.3 custom rom...
I went to Android revelations download list to search for the latest firmware but I just can't figure out which one it is. I am s-off and my last firmware I flashed was the first Android L one because at&t still didn't have Android L out yet. It's been months since I have worked on my phone..
Can anybody tell me the latest version of firmware and of where to get it?
Much appreciation!

If you are actually using the phone on AT&T's network, I'd try 4.28.502 or 4.16.1540 (AT&T Lollipop and Dev Edition Lollipop, respectively).
I've run into a few posts here and there referring to a kitkat 4.4.4 for my Tmobile Note 3. They mostly refer to a build number of N900TUVUDNK3 which I cannot find. That version appears to me to be maybe the release before N900TUVUENK3 which is 4.4.2 according to Sammobile. So what gives? Is this 4.4.4 stuff all wrong?
I've just about decided to hold off on Lollipop for now and load the latest Kitkat rooted with TWRP recovery. I believe that is N900TUVUENK3 but I'd like to make certain.

No. Android 4.4.4 was never released officially for the T-Mobile Note 3.

Hi, so for the last 4-5 cm13 note 4 Verizon updates the wifi has stopped working for me, is it just my phone or are other people having the same problem? Thanks for the help.
I had a similar problem with cm 13 my wifi worked but it would be spotty but i got a note 5 rom and the wifi worked fine. I am probably going to stay on the note 5 port until cm13 becomes official on note 4

Which bootloader/baseband are you on? If it's not Marshmallow, that explains the no workie wifi.
Well I am rooted on 5.1.1 the first time I flash cm13 and got no WiFi was on 2.0.3 then I upgraded the twrp to 3.0.2 the latest one

If you're on 5.1.1 you need to use any CM 13 ROM that is dated before 6/20. From that point forward you need to be on a Marshmallow unlocked bootloader.
Your recovery has nothing to do with getting wifi.
Im on lollipop the target baseband is for bpa1

Thanks for this I had the same issue.
First timer here, so apologies if this is common knowledge. For right now this is fine, but in the future I'd like to update to the latest version of CM and to have wifi. Is there any workaround for this? Can I update the bootloader to resolve the wifi issue?

Hi Guys,
firstly sorry if this has been answered as i did a few searches but am that out of date now.
I'm currently on LeeDroiD 10 v3.0.0 Beta 3 and still on the old MM firmware.
Last time i was following the threads religiously there was an issue with TWRP not working for the new Nougat firmware (hence why i never updated).
My question now is what is the best way for me to go to the new firmware, TWRP (if it even works wiith the latest firmware) and newest ROM base (of any Nougat ROM as i always keep changing lol).
Thanks

Hey Roshi,
You can flash Viper 10 4.5 (http://venomroms.com/viper10-downloads/), which is an Android N ROM, and it works on Android M firmware (e.g. 1.95.401.4).
Otherwise you could flash this RUU first: https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/how-to/wwe-htc-10-stock-rom-ruu-2-28-401-9-t3525075
It will update your firmware to Android N: 2.28.401.9, and then flash Viper10 4.5. However, it is being said that this RUU was leaked, and therefore it is not the final version that HTC will release to the public, hence it will never receive OTAs.
P.S. I never heard of TWRP not working on this firmware, so I assume it works just fine.

Thank a lot for the reply. I am running LeeDroid Nougat tom on MM firmware currently.
Was just enquiring weather everything is now in place to upgrade properly to Nougat firmware .
