By far the best Rom I've tried . The morph feature and Rom controls are sweet . Running it on my Bacon too . So many features it takes awhile to get to them all . This rom is way ahead of Google itself .

Love this rom. Any chance of getting the option of date in status bar? It's the only thing missing in my opinion. But it has way above expectations in every other aspect.

Just flashed about 15 minutes ago and my phone is running like champ. Nice work.:thumbup:

LTE ?
anybody having problems with LTE? i flashed this last night on my Virgin Mobile S3 and i flashed the APN fix but when its on LTE as the preferred network it shows an exclamation mark but when i switch it to 3G it works.

Flash rom, gapps, and apn fix. Then boot up fully once. Then back to recovery and flash rom and gapps again (no wipe, no apn fix).
Then 4g will work fine. All nightly updates all you will have to do is flash nightly and wipe cache and dalvik. Using the exodus updater will work fine.
This is what you have to do on all of the lollipop roms. Well its what I do anyways.

I'm on Sprint U.S. I've been looking around after getting hit by the cyanogenmod nightly change that wiped out my APN and that link I posted seemed like the most likely to be correct, but I've just gone back to June nightlies for now. My DD is actually an LG G3 on exodus but I'm trying to setup my old Galaxy S3 with a fresh rom here for a friend too.

Just odin back to stock and then do the activation dialer code, and update prl and profile.

I finally got a chance to use LTE today and it worked great. Looks like I have a new daily driver.

This rom is going places . Might be some growing pains but it has about the most brilliant developer I know of . The developer seeks new ideas for brand new features . Features that have not been on any other rom before . He is quite capable of developing the code for fresh ideas if they are practical and useful . If anyone wants to present an original feature request please do so , but again , only something that is not on or has been on other roms . If you would like to submit a feature of your own then feel free to make the commit for approval . All the links you need are in the OP for submitting .
Spread the word about Exodus . It's built for many other devices you might have in addition to the D2spr . i love the xposed dynamicalarmclock, where the status bar alarm clock icon actually shows the actual next alarm time. i don't want to install xposed, but if the dynamic alarm icon can be done directly in rom that would be great.

It works in all the 5.1.1 roms for Sprint s3.
Camera hasn't been an issue since 5.0.x

**EXTRA INFO** READ THIS- If your phone does not have a kernel that supports FM radio then the Radio packages WILL NOT WORK! Please use spirit FM if that is the case.
1. AKOP_test1 - the same apks but with the Samsung Apps apk relocated to system/app
2. AKOP_Test2 - All ICS touchwiz Galaxy SII versions of the same apks and .so files but with Samsung Apps apk moved to system/app
3. Sams as version 1 however apk still located in data/app but symlinked to system/app (tricking 4.04 that it is actually residing in system)
4. Same as version 2 with all ICS apks (including TW ICS framework)with no FM radio and Samsung Apps in data/app no symlink

This way people know it's not only samsungs appstore, what we already hat. It's like google apps, but with all samsungapps.

We like ASOP but we also originated on Samsung and samsung IS great...I mean check out the games that we get for free for being samsung users. Fantastic!

I assume this can only be used with a kernel / build with init.d support as you have engaged Romanbb's sqlite and bootscript in init.d ???
I'm on Der Teufel Devil Kernel, have used Glitch and standard before on TeamHacksung's CM9 ICS.
What kernel do you suggest ?

The boot script is the part required for synching the profiles for FB and Twitter etc.
Everything else should run on and Samsung Galaxy S running Ice cream Sandwich running any kernel. No restrictions.....only ICS (due to its installation location) and the build requirements.
If you are running ICS build 14 I will assume that it has a different build prop details so can you tell me your about phone details and I will update the installation to include those details for you all. Thats the beauty about Dropbox. No re-uploading more and more links. Just leave it the same. Dev and then post a change log

flashed it and there is no difference. i already had samsungapps cause i'm using miui samsung apps quite a while now on every ics rom:

I don't think ICS supports native videocalls at all, that's why there's gtalk for example, which also offers much better quallity.

Build prop please
That Samsung apps package will bootloop your phone to hell I think? If its the sa,e one that I downloaded then yes it will....it will want to half way change your phone back to Gingerbread LOL.

Installing This ROM?
1. First make a back-up your current ROM. And make sure your phone is rooted and CWM is installed.
2. Wipe data/Factory Reset
3. Wipe Cache
4. Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Wipe Battery
6. Install from SD Card then Select the File
7. Wait till it is complete then Restart.
8a. For those who backup their contacts in their SD card w/ a VCF file,
if you want to restore it after then you must NOT sign in on your google account or just
click "Not now" then proceed to finish the initial config then restore first the contacts before doing anything else.
8b. For those who backup their contacts using Google Auto Sync and want to restore it,
just follow the on screen instruction and make sure you have internet connection.
9. Enjoy the ROM! Press thanks if you like it and DONATE if want more of it.
Note: After the ROM boots up completely, wait for it to properly scan the SD card as it is still loading.
And there is a possibility that the Camera App will lag at first use but after using it for a while it will be as smooth as butter [based on my experience]

Can we REALLY format the external disk with that rom? I've tried Hi1jason's CM10 v3.0 rom but sim toolkit is not working and has a few bugs. One thing I like with his rom is a longer battery life. More power kababayan!

Well based on search here, Currently, SIM Toolkit will not work on our phone. Maybe on some other countries it'll work. I have used Hi1Jason's kernel for this ROM and I have tweaked it to make it more battery saving. I'll be posting in a while the details of this ROM.

Sorry for the Delay. I have found some minor bugs while on my final test. I have canceled the upload for some changes.
Awesome Beats will be deleted for some conflicts in the ROM. But I'll post the link of it later if you wish to flash it on your phone.

I would like to apologize for what hapened. It seems that too many members downloaded my OptiBean RC1. But dont worry, the next link that I will be posting is the RC2 Already.

First of all, thank you for your hard work. It's go great to see someone from the same country I live in developing a rom for this phone! (Im not Filipino though).
By the way, the rom is huge in size. (320mb!) Is this because of Gapps included in the rom? AFAIK, it is against Google's policy to include Gapps in a custom rom. You may have to remove the apps from your rom and link a set of gapps from Goo.im or something similar.
I'm downloading the rom now. Will report back after testing it.

Actually those are inverted Gapps that I have included. And in my next release it will be based from the latest cm10-M2 from cyanogen MOD... It will be packed with latest features of cm10.
It's just for testing. Because some of the GAPPS are not compatible with it so I have to select those that works.
Don't worry my Boy, I will seperate it once everything is in order. So for now, it will be included since it is not really released by google itself. It has been modified by some devs here so no worries.

Okay. it was just my 2 cents.
Anyway, I've been running the rom for past 2 days and it looks fine.
Here are just a few things that I want to address...
- Led flashlight toggle cannot be enabled for the notification bar.
- Can notice very minor graphical glitches found in UI animation.
- There seems to be some battery drain. I'm not sure what causes this. (Could be wifi?) It's not just for your rom, but prevails all other roms for this phone. For other devices that I had (see my signature), 1% or less per minute with WIFI on was very normal. but I'm getting at least 3 to 5% per hour now which is not satisfactory at all. Do you have any information on this?

Wifi issue is caused by the tweak that I have made to its wifi connection.. Maybe I'll try to make fix it with the latest tweaks..

Already downloaded. Now I am going to flash it. I hope it has diablo 2.7 included in it. Sadly latest UBER/STABLE kernels doesn't have HYPER governor. That's why i hope diablo 2.7 is included in this ROM. After 1-2 hours I will post my opinion and my expression from this ROM.

I didnt build this one with diablo, EverVolv has its own kernel and its actually pretty good, its version 3.0.101 just like diablo2.7, and its very stable and stupid fast even without HYPER, this ROM stays true to the Vanilla Android Expirience....

Should i download trickster to control my kernel ? Also what governor you would recommend me to use. I prefer smoothness with good battery life. At least 18 hours of battery is a must !
Edit: What about gallery issue? Is it fixed in this rom?

no gallery issues at all, and i always use trickster to control kernel tweaking, its just the better app for it, although this ROM does have the ever-toolbox, in hich u can control every aspect of the rom, right down to the lockscreen and theme.. give it a try and let me know what u think...

hmm soupy, i explored this rom and i must say - it is the smoothest 4.3 rom ! Actually there is gallery issue. My phone rebooted like 3 times when i tried to enter into gallery. But to be honest, this rom must be only a base ROM. It must be modified more and more. It must have change-able tiles, change-able duration on sensor buttons, setting custom button action and so. Thank you but maybe i am going to flash this new AOCP which was posted 2 hours ago or again PA 3,99

I hate reply's like this, honestly, the rom has no gallery issues, as u can see by my attached screenshots taken of my gallery, while in the gallery, second, if u read the thread u would see that it clearly states this is completely pure Vanilla android ROM, not customized the max, and no its not a base ROM, its a fully linaro built vanilla ROM, pure AOSP, it doesnt need to be customized at all, this is exactly what i wanted it to be, go flash PA, by all means if thats ur thing, but please dont tell me what i need to do with the ROMs i build, and put my time into, there are plety of "customized" ROMs to choose from, this is for someone who wants the ultimate in speed and stability....

If you have gallery issues it's going to happen on all of the newer 4.3.1 roms. There are plenty of mentions of this in other threads on xda. Gallery doesn't like older photos and videos. If you back up your photos then delete the folders they were in and put them back. Then clear gallery cache your problems will go away. This is the only solution for having gallery reboot your device.
On a separate note: thank the developer. They spend countless hours making the rom just so. If you don't like it there are plenty of options out there to try. But please don't harass the Dev about adding features unless they ask for input.

I can tell u honetly, and not just cuz its my build but really, this is one of if not the most stable and fast ROMs i've used in a long time, I'm building with Cl3Keners kernel right now to make it even faster, so check it out, it is pure Vanilla AOSP, no bells and whistles, but super fst, pretty and stable, I'm also going to post a link to the kit-kat launcher, keyboard, Google Now, and Hangouts apps, as there all super sexy in this rom... I'll post screenies

Ok.....dude......I've seen you in a bunch of rom threads saying they have gallery issues. You need to fix it properly, just once. Then as long as you stick to 4.3 you will not see the issue again.
You obviously have missed a step in trying to fix it....so it continues to follow you from rom to rom. There's a few threads about it.....follow the fixes and fix it. You're missing something with all your previous attempts.
And 18 hour battery life doesn't mean anything. Its screen time that makes the difference. 3 hours or more if you're lucky is normal. So if you use your phone a lot....you will never see 18 hours total....ever.

ROM INFORMATION
Cyanide L is the brainchild of XDA member @rogersb11. Based on CyanogenMod, and packed full of features from the wonderful custom ROM teams we have all come to know and love. This ROM is just getting started and I will update frequently as things progress along into the beast we know this will be.
I (TheGeekyNimrod) will be your d2att device maintainer and working on the theming of the ROM as well. It is important to note, that I have built this specifically for d2att and can be used on d2tmo (see info near the bottom of this post). I do not know if it will work for any other device, and cannot provide support for you if you have flashed it on another d2 variant.
KERNEL INFORMATION
Cyanide L comes packaged with the latest Shift Kernel, also built by @rogersb11. With the latest from CM, as well as his special touch, Shift has what it takes to get the job done. Developer Edition
If you use Cyanide Blackout this is a small theme to supplement it and fix some black text on black background issues. It also themes some other apps but main purpose is so be used with Blackout option. This is purely an Add-on theme made for Cyanide Blackout in the ROM Blackout Add-on Theme
Gapps - Use the Gapps of your choice. Personally, I test this ROM with these Gapps (BaNkS 3/28), but it should work just fine with most Gapps.

Most third party apps from the PlayStore such as Open Camera will work for pictures. There is NO VIDEO RECORDING with any apps currently. IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CAMERA ISSUES WHILE THIS RED TEXT STILL EXISTS IN THE OP, I WILL MOCK YOU AND LAUGH YOU OUT OF THE THREAD. Seriously, it's been done to death, and I'm no longer tolerating it by being quiet. I will laugh at you openly.
ALSO NEEDS TO BE NOTED that yes, apparently Xposed for Lollipop is a thing now. BUT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS PART RIGHT HERE: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should we ever see a bug report or complaint if you are using Xposed. It is well known that Xposed doesn't always play nicely, and if you are using it and complain about some kind of bug, I will laugh you out of the thread. I hate being crass, but after dealing with so many repeat moronic questions, I felt like I should go ahead and state this now.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does this ROM work on [insert device name here]?
Answer: This ROM is currently only supporting d2att and partially, d2tmo. If you choose to flash this on any other device, may Android have mercy on your soul.
Q: Why aren't my CM12 themes looking right?
Answer: Theme Chooser is still in its early stages and more and more items are being exposed for theming. So it's possible that some things may not look quite right still when applying a theme. Try going to the default system theme, reboot, apply your CM12 theme, and reboot once more.
Q: When will the next update be out?
Answer: When it's out and the OP is updated. Do not expect nightly builds or even weekly builds. I'm not going to run a build a day when it will make virtually nothing different. When I update, there will be good reason and timing for it. So please, don't ask.
Q: Can I use a custom kernel with this ROM?
Answer: Yes, you may. Though this rom comes packaged with the Shift kernel, you may run other kernels instead. HOWEVER, please pay attention to the troubleshooting section below concerning kernel use.
Q: Can you add [insert feature here]?
Answer: We are always open to feature suggestions. HOWEVER: Keep in mind that feature you have come to love in previous iterations of Android may not be ported forward for use in Lollipop yet. If you see a feature you want, and can point to somewhere that it's being used in a Lollipop rom, then we can definitely look into it. Otherwise, patience young grasshopper.
TROUBLESHOOTING
This ROM is still in the early stages of development, so you can expect some bugs to pop up here and there. Here are some guidelines to remember when reporting bugs to this thread. Please read carefully.
**Before reporting a bug, be sure you have tried the following:
1) If you dirty flashed, go back and clean flash first.
2) If you are running a custom kernel, flash the Shift kernel from the OP and see if that solves your issues.
3) If the issue seems app related, uninstall the app and reinstall from the PlayStore. I won't give any help if your apps mess up from using TiBu. This doesn't constitute a clean install of an app.
4) Read through the thread to see if your issue has been addressed before and if their is currently a solution for it.
BUG REPORTNG
**I WILL NOT LOOK AT BUG REPORTS THAT HAVE NOT TRIED THE PREVIOUSLY LISTED STEPS OR LOGS THAT COME FROM A COMBINATION OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ROM AND THE SHIFT KERNEL COMBO. I WILL ALSO NOT TAKE BUGS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE FLASHED THIS ON AN UNSUPPORTED DEVICE**
When you report a bug, be detailed about it. Simply stating "This is not working right" does not help me any at all, and I will probably just ignore the post. Be prepared to grab a logcat if asked or to provide me with the steps to reproduce the issue on my own device. If you don't know how to get a logcat, Google is your friend and there are multiple ways to do so. Also, search the thread, and search it again before reporting a bug, to be sure it hasn't already been addressed. No need to clog the thread with 10 people saying "This isn't working right".
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PERSONAL GRIEVANCES IN THE THREAD. WE HAVE HAD RECENT ISSUES WITH THIS AND IT HAS BEEN SHOWN THAT IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANYMORE.

I built the included kernel for this and it should support f2fs just fine. Has all cm features with faux sound mod and net tweaks. It'll include OC/UC, OV/UV in the near future

Does this ROM have pie controls? I would be soooooo happy :angel:

Not yet, but will in the future. This ROM is just coming together (as are so many LP builds). And new features will be introduced quite often in future releases.

Have you seen a lollipop rom with pie yet? Serious question. I've been looking but haven't seen it brought up to 5.0 yet. I haven't had time to try and bring it up myself but if you know a rom with it already I'll look into it

I don't have this device but @TheGeekyNimrod said that it half works. Most times it's ok but sometimes it crashes and he said something about the video recording but I can't remember what. It's a CM bug. I always stay up on Slim and CM source so I'm constantly looking for a fix. Camera is a stability issue all over AOSP L at the moment. Works on my Note 2 great but gps is wonky lol. It's always something but it's VERY early in the Lollipop game so bugs are to be expected. All in all it's pretty sweet so far. I didn't think it would be as polished as it is just yet.

I use nexus camera or camera fx and there is no video recording, and sometimes I press twice for a picture and sometimes the flash stays on

Camera is hit and miss like it is with most L ROMS. No solid, one and done fix yet.

Yes, thankfully I think we're past having to flash the update SuperSU every time lol. Always good to have on hand, but also good to have one less thing to flash

Whoops, my bad & i thought CandyRoms solved the Gapps issue, moving this to here for the moment...
Updates
Just realize that my 4TB HDD is running out of space bcos of all these ROMs building ! So i'm releasing all previous built instead of one per week... And i don't intend to maintain 50 over individual ROM threads so all future releases will be here until XDA 2GB limit is up & then i will recycle & used back all previous ROM threads & fill it up, just like this one so stay tune...

This might be a dumb question. I returned my OP2 in fear of way to many hardware type issues and back to looking at the Honor 5X. Are most of these ROMS working on the KIW-L24 US variant. I see so much in this forum listed under the KIW-L21 instead. I love the implementation of how EMUI looks ios like but with many stock features. Performance is what I'm after though

with the exception of modoca, all custom ROMs work on the Kiw24 as far as I know and I've tried them all (i think).

This is awesome news actually aside from a official 6.0 release. Xposed is my next need. Can it be done now. I know CM13 doesn't implement the fingerprint scanner but the functionality is amazing from emui from what I see.

Yes, Xposed can be used now and I've used it in all the ROMs I've tried.

Holy hell Yuweng, you're doing all this? I have to say, thanks man! I just bought this phone today (Amazon Prime Day) and your rom builds was a deciding factor.

@yuweng , bro .# flayros . its really cool bro . its almost , not almost its 99.9% aosp . I have flashed each n every ROM found here , nothing satisfied me and further my 5x battery has gone low on capacity flashing ROMs (rebooting ,1000+ times ) , I found flayros got an update in this section .
